When Total Eclipse Roofing inspected my roof, I did not have much hope. But Stephen Russell inspected the roof and submitted the appropriate documentation to the insurance company. He then followed up when the insurance company did not offer a full roof replacement. Insurance company approval followed shortly, material was selected and the work was completed efficiently. Follow up inspections assured that the work was done well. Gutter replacement also met with limited approvals from the insurance company but additional documentation submitted gave the insurance company reason to approval a higher reimbursement amount.
