Having used Joe Hall roofing before, I went to them, and 'Derek' helped me through the rather long and laborious process of filing a claim against the Warranty of the shingle company. Due to their expertise, I received a very acceptable settlement, and I just finished having the new roof installed. The finished product, the care and expertise of the work crew, the cleanup afterwards, and a visit a couple days later from 'Preston' to check the job with a 'Quality Control Checklist' that he went over with me, before he left... “Joe Hall Roofing, particularly Brandy Cotter, project coordinator, has been helping me for about 3 1/2 years through the laborious process of a warranty claim with a roofing manufacturer. Jon Harrington was the first one to spot and alert me to the problem with the materials on my roof, He made at least two trips to my home to take drone pictures of my roof to send to the manufacturer. Over time, after the manufacturer finally admitted fault with the materials and agreed to accept responsibility, we went back and forth with warranty estimates. I was required to receive bids from three roofing companies. I had contracted with two of them on past roofing projects. But Joe Hall Roofing had spent so much time helping me through the process, and had a great reputation, I decided to pick them to do the job. While the roof was being completed, two different project people made sure I knew what was happening. My house has an unusual attic ventilation system and they accidentally put on the standard turbine vents.
