“Lawson Craddock with Craddock Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. From the first appointment, there was great communication, a no-pressure estimate was given and we received an estimate that night. We had another company who knocked on our door to give another estimate and that experience felt like he was trying to sell us a car. The estimate came in over 10K more than Craddock's and we didn't appreciate the feeling of being offered a price if we "signed today". Lawson was able to answer any questions that we had and we were able to get started on the roof installation the next week. The crew is his trusted crew who have been with him for years and this shows. They all took great care to protect our pool and landscaping during installation. When a few issues came up, Lawson was responsive and offered solutions quickly. Our outdoor security camera was accidentally knocked off and thrown away and Lawson replaced it the next day. This was much appreciated. The installers and their supervisor, Jesse cleaned up perfectly and left no mess. The crew answered my questions because I don't know anything about the roofing process. They even touched up paint where the new flashing didn't cover where the old bent up one did. We have the hi def which really compliments our home. We went with the glass skylights which were more modern. Clean up was great. No nails left on site.
