A nice bonus was that the job was scheduled sooner than expected; Sam was very helpful and helped us get scheduled quickly. On the day of the job, Herminio and Santiago were very helpful in directing their crew. They also let me know about some fascia that they recommended we replace, which we did as they showed some signs of rot. They also did a nice update to the garage roof by adding a vent to it.
