Precision Roofing LLC

Precision Roofing LLC works out of Peoria, Texas and sticks to roofing work for homes and businesses around the area. They handle roof inspections to spot wear before it turns into leaks, full replacements on older structures, and repairs that keep existing roofs going longer. The crew knows the local demands of keeping buildings covered through Texas heat and sudden downpours, so they focus on practical fixes that hold up without extra layers of talk or delay. Homeowners call them when old shingles start curling or commercial flat roofs show signs of standing water after storms.

They send crews to check attic spaces for moisture, strip off damaged layers on residential jobs, and put down new underlayment and shingles that match the house style. On bigger commercial sites they seal seams on metal or membrane systems to stop leaks at the source. In Peoria the sun bakes materials year round while spring rains and wind push water under edges, so the work centers on solid flashing around vents and chimneys plus quick patch jobs on hail dents that show up after bad weather. They schedule around the homeowner schedule, bring the right tools for the pitch of each roof, and clean up the yard before they leave so the job looks finished on the first pass.

Folks keep coming back because the work gets done fast when a leak shows up, the materials last through another season without callbacks, and the final bill stays close to what was quoted up front. Communication stays straightforward with updates on what needs fixing and why, which cuts down on surprises during bigger replacement jobs. That steady record across speed, quality, price, and clear talk adds up to the top rating. DIRT Score 4.93 from 229 reviews on Finds.

“I used Precision Roofing on my personal home. I had an area that he needed to repair, he checked out the whole area and replaced any tiles that were cracked and also cleaned the valleys for proper drainage and sealed all of the roof pipes. I feel very confident in their great and efficient work. Friendly and courteous team. Reasonable rates! I highly recommend Precision Roofing.”

“Precision roofing did an overall excellent job replacing our roof. We had no damage on original roof but it was just time to replace. The team was committed to our home and provided everything needed to tear off old tiles and roofing material and replace with new. It wasn’t an easy job as the space was tight for loading and off loading materials. John Mosley is an honest and hard working owner who does everything he can to make things go smooth and pleasing to the customer. We would highly recommend John and Precision Roofing.”

“I needed a new roof and solicited several quotes. John provided a fair quote and explained the process well. The crew was conscientious and easy to work with. The work was completed on time and as promised. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were done. There have been no leaks with the new roof after some hard storms. I am very happy with the experience and would use them again.”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but Redemption Roofing AZ definitely earned one. They made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. They kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The roof turned out great, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It's hard to find a company that's reliable and actually follows through on what they promise, but these guys did. I'd absolutely recommend Redemption Roofing AZ to anyone who needs roofing work done.”

“Great experience working with Precision Roofing. I was picky about placement of new tiles and they listened. One of the nice things was the cleanup done promptly every day. They were respectful of my home & neighbors on each side.”

“I did a lot of research, checked ROC and BBB and I had 5 roofing companies bid for a complete underlayment replacement on a 3200' 2 story home we were getting ready to sell. Very competitive pricing, but what really sold me was the customer service. John returned every call, took care of every question or concern. Sent them back immediately to finish something that was left off originally. Roof looks incredible and has a great warranty. I would confidently recommend Precision Roofing!”

“Great price for the roof. Took the time to inform me on the material options. Crew showed up on time and got the install done much faster than a neighbor of mine. John has kept in touch since the install giving the experience a personal touch.”
