“Chris Swindle is an absolute gem! I needed to have my roof inspected and he was very professional, great with communication, and genuine. He came highly recommended by other neighbors and I can see why! Now I’m here to share that I too had a wonderful experience and if you want reliable work done, hit him up. He provided me with a very detailed report with photographs to give to my insurance company, I even received a compliment from the agent that it was one of the better reports he’s received. 🤓 Thank you Chris!”

“Performance Roofing is the best. They were recommended to me by our landscaper and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. I highly recommend.”

“After a large limb off our pecan tree hit our roof and did extensive damage to our home we were devastated. We contacted Roofer Chicks to give us a bid and they were very fast to respond. Courtney reviewed the damage and assured us that they would restore our home to like new and explained the process where it was easy to understand. I told my wife we didn't need to look further for the repairs. We choose Roofer Chicks! A schedule was made for the repairs, they arrived on time, the crew was very good about keeping us updated and within two days they were done. The repair area was cleaned up, all trash was removed, the drive swept and they was work was top notch. For and future roofing needs they will be my first call. “Performance roofing did a great job in replacing damaged gutters. Colin came out to provide the estimate and was friendly, personable and professional. Also very understanding when I was unable to schedule right away due to a death in the family, very patient and compassionate. The gutters are looking great and have had no issues with them. Definitely would recommend!”

“I recently had gutters installed on my house by Performance Roofing, Inc., and I couldn't be happier with the results! Colin and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Colin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and ensuring that I got exactly what I needed. The installation itself was quick and efficient, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I highly recommend Performance Roofing, Inc. and Colin to anyone in need of roofing or gutter services. Thanks again for a job well done!”

“Brendan from Performance Roofing did an excellent job on explaining what we needed for our roof. He had pictures of the roofing material and procedures Performance would use to complete the job. Everything was of the highest quality. And his price beat the competition from 3 other roofers we got estimates from. The workers came when scheduled and did a real good job. Even our neighbors complimented the workmanship. We highly recommend Brendan who stayed in touch throughout the entire process and Perforance Roofing for quality of materials and price.”

“Highly recommend Performance Roofing! They were incredibly professional with competitive pricing, and were able to get started immediately when we had a crisis with our roof. We worked with Collin and he was amazing! Great communication throughout - could not be happier with the experience.”

“Performance Roofing did a fabulous job on putting on new siding and painting our house in Austin! First of all, Brendan gave us the estimate the very afternoon he came out to look at the house. I got several other bids and his was by far the lowest. Then he sent his team promptly on the day we had agreed upon and they worked in a very timely manner to get the job done. We have used them to put on a new roof in the past and we have been very impressed with both the excellent price and service for both jobs. I would highly recommend this company to others!”

“5 stars all the way!! They were very easy to communicate with and we’re always in touch by text or email. The service was done quickly and looks beautiful. We are so thankful for the team!”

“I have managed multiple communities in the Austin and Cedar Park areas and Performance Roofing is my go-to vendor for all roof repairs. They are responsive, fast and fairly priced. I typically speak with Chris Swindle. He is very helpful and provides detailed explanations related to the work needed, which I greatly appreciate. They always do a great job with their roofing repairs. They are very reliable and professional.”

“Outstanding services done for roofing replacement after hail damage and gutter repair. Brendan McLeod(Regional Manager) did a thorough and honest roof inspection with a detailed written work-sheet, explained each step of process, upfront on pricing, answered all of my questions and was willing to accommodate our custom request for shingle materials to use and the work schedule to skip the hot summer season in Texas. Thank you Chris Swindle(Project Manager) for on-site guidance and prompt support for the roofing crew team during the workdays. The roofing crew and gutter crew are very professional, with good communication, great work and willing to go extra mile to find and fix potential issues. 100% recommend.”

“After the recent hail storms, I needed a full roof replacement. I contacted them and quickly got an in-person appointment with Brendan who was awesome from start to finish! He provided me with a reasonable/fair quote and explained my options as I worked with the insurance company. The crew came within a week of getting the quote and knocked out the job in a day! The experience was seamless, and the roof looks beautiful!”

“Overall Performance Roofing did a great job on my roof and they completed the job just in one day. There was a mishap with my gate lock and the flashing that was installed, but Brendan quickly sent some guys to fix it, and now everything looks perfect. His communication with me was really good and you guys did wonderful job. Thanks!”

“Brendan was very professional, straightforward and made everything easy to understand so I appreciated the experience. Additionally, he was extremely patient with the timing to receive the funds from the insurance company which I've never experienced with another contractor. I will recommend Performance Painting and Roofing to my friends and family and look forward to working with them again.”

“It was a pleasant experience to work with such an outstanding company, Performance Roofing. Their employees are honest, have integrity and are very reliable. I had the privilege to work with a phenomenal employee named Brendan. Brendan stayed on top of the work needed to complete the project, which in turn has me pleased with the work done by Performance Roofing. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about my needs as the project was getting completed. Brendan went above and beyond to help the process for me to be as stress free as possible. He knows his crafts! Brendan gave me some valuable advice on color schemes and suggestions on what would look nice on my house. He even took time to help with personal issues, such as to intervene on my behalf to settle concerning issues with a rental property agency. His work speaks a lot about his personality, character and values. I really appreciated everything that he and Performance Roofing has accomplished for me. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has construction projects that are needing great work to be done. Two thumbs up!”

“Our roof was badly damaged by hail. Chris Swindle from Performance Roofing was a lifesaver. Our Homeowners insurance didn't offer a fair settlement of our claim and didn't want to take a second look. Chris spent hours fully documenting the extent of the damage and getting the insurance company to agree to fully cover us. Then he stayed very hands on through the process of replacing the roof. He even came back the day after the installation to be sure we were satisfied and to run a magnet over our yard to pick up any stray nails the installers might have missed. They did a superb job. The roof looks fabulous and has performed perfectly through subsequent wind and rain storms. While I hope to never have to repeat this process, if I ever need to, I will call on Chris and Performance Roofing in a heartbeat.”

“We chose Performance Roofing because of their fair price and amazing customer service. We especially want to call out how amazing Chris S., our roofing consultant, was during the entire process. From the moment he showed up to inspect our roof, all the way through the installation, and even afterwards, Chris went above and beyond to communicate with us and make the process as easy as possible for us. He was there when our insurance sent out an inspector, and even after the process he went way above to help us dispose of an old pool water heater that needed to be disposed of, which we are so thankful for. We highly recommend going with Performance Roofing- they've got a great team, the installers did a wonderful job, and their customer service provided by Chris is top notch!”

“Great experience with Collin from performance roofing. I had lost a few shingles due to wind and he was able to come out and get everything looked at and fixed within a day. Definitely recommend!”

“Performance roofing was the best! After having 3 other contractors provide roofing estimates. When it came time to dealing with my insurance to dispute their response to my initial claim, not one of them came through. Performance roofing DID, not only did they provide quality guidance and walked me step by step with appealing my claim response, they also gave me peace of mind when they got started on the project. They team was super efficient, timely, left zero indication that they were even on my property. Brendan also took time to take pictures and send me updates as my project took place. Being out of town while the roof was completely replaced and not feeling the stress of that was heaven sent. Literally the best company!”

“We needed a quick fix for a gutter that got smashed in the front of the house. Performance Roofing was one of the most responsive companies to reply to me and had the most affordable quote. Chris helped us with this job and had it fixed within a week, remaining in communication the whole way. It was a huge relief to have regular updates, as we were out of town while the fix was completed. Will definitely be using Performance Roofing again for all roofing/gutter projects!”
