“Cozy was a great experience. From the start Cody my sales representative was professional and courteous. Explained all the issues we were having with ac and attic insulation. They offered all services and we decided to go with removal of all cellulose insulation that was 20+years old and blow in new upgraded insulation, complete duct cleaning and aerosealing of all duct work. Amazing to see before and after cfm reports and that we were leaking so much cfms from our ducts before feeling the air flow from our registers. Looking over all we paid for they performed the services to great expectations. They were not the cheapest but for the quality of work we are really expecting to see the return on investment with our electric bills going into the next year and once we have new windows we hope”

“Cozy is fantastic! We have a main specialist, Alden, who continues to be available for us still. We had attic sealing, new insulation and ductwork put in starting February 16. Nothing had been done since 1979 when the house was built. We bought the house almost 4yrs ago. There was so much dust on everything all the time. Thought it was from outside. Each step, had it's own specialized team. Each team cleaned up when done.All was completed in 4 days. Within the 1st 2 days after completion,we could see and feel the difference in the air we were breathing. Another positive is we have seen our electricity bill decrease noticeably. “Good leap& CozyLLC, Cody Allen & Nick, Tyler. On 01/10/2026 Cody Allen arrived to check my home for Insulation issues. He rushed me through the sign in documents for the insulation and spray..I signed documents with no knowledge about three day cancellation so I was stuck. The worker was Nick & Tyler was to start 01/12/ 2026 but had truck issues, so work started on 01/13/2026. 1st day good except end of the day no cleaning up. Next day 01/14/2026. Tyler plugged their aerosol machine into my Isobar ultra diagnostic surge suppressor which damaged my grounding wire in my garage now anything that's gotta be grounded will not work in my garage. I informed them about the damage., On 02/03/2026 I was told by Tyler and Nick that the issue would be rectified. Still waiting. UPDATE 03/01/2026 Final”

We’re currently in the middle of a master bathroom remodel, and during demo our GC took a look at the attic and noticed our AC ductwork was run pretty inefficiently—kind of like spaghetti. We had also been considering adding a mini-split to help cool part of the house, since our system struggles in the Phoenix summer.
