Diversified Roofing

Diversified Roofing operates out of Phoenix, TX and focuses on roofing work for both commercial buildings and houses. They handle everything from putting up new roofs on big projects to patching up leaks in older homes. The team works in the area where summers get brutal and roofs take a beating from the sun and wind. They offer options like metal roofing systems and single ply membranes that stand up to the local weather. Customers around Phoenix turn to them when they need reliable roof work done right the first time without extra hassle. The company covers both new commercial builds and residential repairs across the region with materials suited to Texas conditions.

In Phoenix, TX the roofing crews from Diversified handle installs of new commercial roofs using torch applied systems or concrete tiles that resist the intense sun. For homes they come out to fix damaged sections after high winds or replace entire coverings with metal that lasts longer in dry conditions. They work on restoration jobs too, applying coatings to old surfaces to extend life without full tear offs. The process starts with checking the existing structure then choosing materials that fit the building type and budget. Local homeowners often face rapid wear on shingles due to temperature swings so these roofers focus on durable fixes that prevent leaks during rare but heavy rains. Spray foam and clay tile options also come into play for properties needing extra insulation or traditional looks.

Roofers like those at Diversified earn good marks in Phoenix because they show up on time for inspections and get the job wrapped without dragging it out. Folks mention the quality holds through the seasons and the price comes in reasonable for the work done. Communication stays direct with updates on progress and options explained plainly. In a place where roof problems hit often from weather exposure, reliable crews that deliver without surprises stand out. This approach builds trust with property owners who need the work done right and on schedule. DIRT Score 4.14 from 196 reviews on Finds.

“Dan V. did an amazing repair on my clay roof! He scheduled my appointment, and had the job completed in 6 days! I highly recommend Diversified Roofing for your roofing needs!”

“Had a total roof replacement from diversified and loved it. Jake was my main contact and was fast to respond, their pricing was reasonable and the work was fast. We had a small issue a couple years later and they immediately came out, no questions and fixed it immediately. I love that they stand behind their product and have top notch customer service. This is my go to roofing company in the valley and I refer all my friends, family and neighbors to them!”

“Diversified Roofing did my roof to my new construction home. a little over a year of my home being constructed my roof started falling off . Contacted my home warranty and they said I was out of warranty to go to the Roofing company. Long story short they didn't help me with the roof. Had to get a outside company to fix my roof, the Roofing company I hired said it was because Diversified roofing forgot to nail down a few tiles causing it to fall down. 6 years later I have to bring a diff company to fix diversify work as they built it wrong and all water leaked in.”

“Beware. In the spring of 2018 I had this company re roof my home in Wickenburg. As I recall, back then Diversified had two divisions. The New construction division which did new homes, and a much smaller reroof division that did existing homes. Obviously I was involved with the reroof division. Within one year, I developed a leak in my kitchen. Diversified came out a couple times to find then repair the leak. Their "repair" was to simply apply roofing tar "goop" around the roof mounted AC unit. Even novice me was concerned about a fix like that but accepted it as solved. Doing a fix like that may be okay for a 15 YO roof but for a one year old roof.....not so much. Anyways, a few weeks later I got an invoice for, as I recall, two or three hundred dollars for the warranty repairs! I was stu”

“Not what I hoped for. I got a "notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made e”

“I recently had my home re–roofed by Diversified Roofing, and the entire experience was an absolute breeze. From start to finish, the crew worked with impressive speed, and efficiency – completing the job faster than I excepted and leaving no trace behind, not even a single nail! A special shout out to Jake, who was phenomenal in coordinating the team. His communication was top notch, always available to answer my questions and ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail made the process stress–free and seamless. I highly recommend Jake and the entire crew at Diversified Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. They truly exceeded my expectations!”

“*UPDATE 9/6/22* Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage. *UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles. Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and alr”

“Daniel Villasenor came out and did and outstanding job. Thank you so much. This section was repaired twice in the last 18 years and it looks so much better. Thanks again.”

“Diversified did a fantastic job installing the roof on my new home. They did both the standing seam over the front porch and the concrete tile on the remainder of the roof. They hit the schedule and did the work for a fair price. We are extremely happy with the finished product.”

“This was a great experience! I was not looking forward to having to do this but after meeting with five different competitors and comparing prices, for me, Diversified stood out from the start. Reputable company and top service. The install team, all W2 employees, showed care and respect while doing a great job! They cleaned the site each day, never left messes. I can say the quality and care of their work shows in the workmanship. I'm now looking forward to the monsoons!”
