“Icon Roofing is the best. They were in communication with me since the beginning. Jake came out to inspect and was not pushy. Great estimate was given . They were very patient while waiting for HOA approvals. Jared the foreman kept me in the loop everyday and Julio Cesar the lead was very professional and cleaned every day when they were done. Job finnish and Jake came out to inspect the work and was immediately on the 2 minor issues that i addressed. He sent me an email with pictures of the minor issues so it was documented. He cleaned up 1 more time to look for any nails. Wendy in the office was great also and stayed in communication with me. Zac you are cool too!!!! I can't leave you out, since you are the owner. “I worked with Orion for the consultation, and he was great. Honest and candid evaluation, no pressure sales tactics or anything. I went through 3 providers for estimates and Icon won due to edging out the other 2 companies on pricing thanks to the owner getting competitive to give us elevated battens and a double layer of their standard product which doubles the warranty to 20 years on the underlayment. The higher tier products do not transfer warranty if you sell your home so beware of that. Thorough inspection of our roof, and incredible detail on the job progression and final outcomes. Spending $15k on a roof is a big decision so it was important to land with a company that was genuine and trustworthy. Happy to add a positive review to their portfolio!!”

“I called about a leak the evening it happened. I got a referral from a friend and expected to leave a message but Zac answered! :-) I explained the situation and he came by a couple of days later. He was excellent at explaining what he found and was patient with me and my questions. A quote was provided within a day and the price was great. The job was scheduled, his crew arrived on time and completed the work within 3 days. I especially appreciated Zac taking the time to answer questions and to also come back to cover the spot when rain was predicted, which was greatly appreciated. His attention to detail at the pre & post job walk through was great. When the job was done, on his post job inspection he was not happy with the cut of a tile and had someone come out and replace it. Awesome”
