Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

Kitchen and Bath Remodeling runs its operations from Phoenix, Texas and centers on roofing as the core trade. The company shows up in records with a working phone line for direct contact and a website that hit some access blocks during basic checks. Roofing fits the local scene in this part of Texas where homes sit under strong sun and the occasional heavy weather that tests every roof surface. Crews like this one handle the steady demand for roof work that keeps properties protected without extra layers of complication.

Roofing crews in Phoenix, Texas deal with constant heat that bakes shingles and makes materials expand and crack over time. They handle repairs after wind or hail hits, replace worn sections on older homes, and install new roofs that stand up to the dry spells mixed with sudden storms. Work often starts with a site check to spot leaks or weak spots, followed by removal of old layers and laying down fresh underlayment and covering that matches the house style. Homeowners in the area face rising costs from repeated fixes on tired roofs so these jobs focus on durable fixes done right the first time to cut down on callbacks.

Customers give high marks for quick response times on repair calls, solid workmanship that holds up through the seasons, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear updates during the job. The volume of feedback points to reliable crews who show up prepared and finish without dragging things out. This track record builds trust for repeat calls when the next roof issue comes around in Phoenix. DIRT Score 4.97 from 484 reviews on Finds.

“We recently had a complete Bath remodel done. I have to say from the first day we met Carlos to project completion he was amazing. He was very involved and responsive, his team did a fabulous job. The process was so easy, from estimate, to design, to demo and completion. We would definitely recommend them and use them for future remodels.”

“KB homes did an amazing shower remodel for us! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Everyone we worked with was so great and professional! Carlos was awesome and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Alicia did amazing with the design and she made sure all my wants were perfectly added in! Sergio and Angel did pristine tile work! Fabian did great with the plumbing and Hunter and Luis did amazing with drywall, painting and hanging new light structures for us! After a bad experience four years ago where everything was done wrong and causing a leak, I was so nervous to have it all done again. The last contractor made me feel pressured into doing things I didn’t want, etc. Well, KB Remodeling came in and fixed it ALL and just made the world of difference! I ”

“I'm very happy to recommend K & B Remodeling! When I was looking to get certain elements of my master bath, guest bath and kitchen remodeled, I interviewed a lot of different companies to try and find a good fit for me. At the top of my list was finding a company with good reviews that could do the remodel at a fair and resonable cost. K & B Remodeling checked both those boxes! As the remodel went on I found the company to be extremely trustworthy- which is a BIG deal. Any little thing that came up, the crew was on it and took care of it! I am really just blown away by how it turned out. Its even better than I imagined. Tyson was my project manager and he made the experience awesome. The communication was always excellent and I was kept informed throughout the entire process, ”

“This is the review I wish would have read prior to going with K&B remodeling, so I feel a little bit of responsibility to go over my experience with Mike as my project manager. I had a new bathtub installed, my shower and bath area tiled, and shower and bath fixtures installed. I love the way it turned out and I do have faith that the tiling and plumbing was done well. The communication was subpar and the timeline was not adhered to at all. I was told to budget 3/4 days for tiling. It ended up taking 7 working days. One day in the middle of the project nobody showed up to work on the tiling at all. There were tiles and a utility knife blade left behind in the front yard. There were multiple times that my messages with direct questions went over 24 hours without a response. The vibe that ”

“Tyson and his crew were excellent. He responded timely to our inquiries and made sure that everything met our expectations. The project took a little bit longer than we would have liked, but turned out better than we imagined. When decide to remodel our master bathroom we will use kitchen and bath remodeling again.”

“The workers were all very professional and easy to work with. Luis was great! Awesome work! My bathroom is just as pretty as I imagined it would be. The tile crew even came in at the last minute to redo my floor. I loved working with this company.”

“Tyson with K and B Remodeling was so great to work with. Had an amazing result with my bathroom remodel. The end result was exactly what I imagined.”

“They get a 10 for our Master Bath remodel (see pics). Burton and his team were recommended to us. They had the lowest cost and the best reputation of the alternatives we considered. So we had high expectations going into this project (we have done a couple dozen projects over the years with a number of homes in AZ and MN so are pretty seasoned) To put it mildly, we were blown away. I do all my own design work and they were very accommodating. I also wanted to do a couple small parts of this on my own and again they were very accommodating. They finished the project on time and on budget. But what blew us away was the workmanship and how friendly all the team was. Thank you Alex & Mike (tile, framing, demo, Misc), Victor (sheet rock), and Rob & Alex (Plumbing). Oh and Burton for coordinat”

“Extremely happy with the final results. We used this business to remodel two bathrooms and we really liked their process and it was a better deal than other competitors. We purchased the major materials directly so we felt good that we were able to choose quality items without paying a premium. Also, we had a small issue a few months after the project and they came through and fixed the issue so it’s good to know that they stand behind their work which is becoming less common nowadays. Definitely a company I would recommend and do business with again.”

“We needed to remove the tub in our master bath and have a shower install and replace the bathroom floor. After getting several estimates we knew that Burton with Kitchen and Bath Remodeling llc was the remodeling company to use. Burton is AWESOME and has the best team of workers you could find. They arrived every day right on time and didn't leave till they had everything cleaned up. The tile guy Alex and his helper Mike was amazing (the Best). The plumber and electrician were great also. While the electrician was here he also installed a light in our dining room. After the tiling was completed Burton sent the Shower Door specialist to install the shower door. The price was very reasonable with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Burton and his team for your remodel needs. Our shower is ”
