Lyons Roofing

Lyons Roofing operates out of Phoenix, TX and handles roofing work for houses and commercial buildings in the area. They focus on putting up new roofs, swapping out old ones, and keeping existing ones in shape through regular checks. The sun beats down hard here most of the year while storms roll through and test every seam and shingle, so solid roofing keeps water out and the inside temperature steady. Homeowners face constant wear from the heat that cracks materials over time, and they call for help when leaks start or when it is time to upgrade to something tougher like tile or foam that holds up better against the local weather.

The company takes on full residential jobs from start to finish including pitched roof installs, shingle and shake replacements, flat roof repairs, and foam fixes on commercial sites. They run maintenance visits, drone inspections to spot issues from above without extra ladders, and add solar attic fans or tubular lights to improve airflow and cut down on cooling costs. Crews show up ready to handle the job on site, working through the layers of old material and making sure the new work lines up tight against wind and rain that hit Phoenix hard in certain seasons.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without callbacks, the crews move fast when storms create urgent repairs, and the pricing stays straightforward for the scale of the job. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walk around so there are no surprises on timing or scope. This steady performance in tough conditions builds the kind of record that stands out. DIRT Score 4.72 from 700 reviews on Finds.

“Would highly recommend Lyons Roofing for your roofing needs. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and very informative. Communication was top notch from start to finish! Roof came out amazing and was done extremely quick ! Thank you Steve and team! Bring it on monsoon !!!”

“Very professional in all aspects. They cleaned up the area around the house and ran a magnet for any nails. They did this every day at the end of their work. Eddie was the manager that checked all the work to make sure it was correct. He took pictures of the roof and discussed with me all the work. I had Lyons Roofing replace my roof over 20 years before and they did a great job so I was confident they would do a great job again, and I was not disappointed.”

“Attention to detail, communicative and honest. I was very impressed with Lyons process of not only emailing but texting and calling to make sure I was aware of thier schedule, progress and ultimately completion. These guys know what they are doing and have been around long enough to hold a good reputation. I will be a repeat customer!”

“We hired Lyons Roofing to do a complete tear off of underlayment down to the wood and replacement. The entire process from inspection to quoting to the actual work was done responsibly and with care. The crew doing the work arrived each day on time and quit at dusk. A foreman arrived each day to verify the quality of job and give an update on progress. A daily cleanup was also performed. The replacement took a little over a week. Removing and replacing underlayment is not an inexpensive endeavor. Lyons has 3 levels of service (good, better, best). We choose the premium option and feel the value was worth it.”

“I contacted Lyons Roofing for an estimate on a repair or full re-roofing. I wanted to know what my reasonable choices were. Both estimates were very fair. Justin H did the estimate and answered ALL of my questions and explained everything very well. He is personable, professional, patient and kind. Justin is easy to communicate with and always got right back to me when I came up with even more questions. He did not try to push me towards either direction but was totally honest and aboveboard. I was very impressed with Justin and Lyons Roofing is fortunate to have him as an employee! Thank you Justin.”

“Jonathon L. from Lyons Roofing came to my home to evaluate my roof, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explained his findings clearly and straightforwardly, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. His approach felt genuine and trustworthy, and I really appreciated the care and integrity he showed throughout the visit.”

“From start to finish, Lyons Roofing provided an exceptional experience, offering reasonable, no-pressure service with recognized, high-quality brands. The crew was professional, communicative, and addressed all concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again for future projects. Thank you Lyons Roofing!”

“This was the second roof I had done by Lyons Roofing because they did such a great job the first time. They didn’t disappoint with our newest roof. Super professional, the crew was on time and very respectful of our neighbors and cleaned up every day before wrapping up, they even cleaned our gutters. The roof looks fantastic, they took care of all the details like matching the vents to the shingle color and a cricket behind the chimney. So happy we went with them again!”

“I have used Lyons Roofing two other times and was very satisfied and that is why I chose them to re-roof my tile roof. They followed through with our pre-plan and the re-roof happen during a rainy time of year. Every day they made sure that my roof was rain proof before they left. They completed the job in a very timely fashion and I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Lyons Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire team was professional, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to address my questions and concerns, which made the whole process a positive experience. I had an old swamp cooler on the roof that I wanted removed, and Lyons ensured it was safe to do so before taking care of it efficiently. The project took about two and a half days, with the crew returning on the third day to apply a final coating to the foam roof. They thoroughly cleaned up the site at the end of each day, leaving everything neat and orderly. The workmanship was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with my new roof. I would gladly recommend Lyons Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.”
