John guided us the whole way through from starting with our claim to over seeing the roof’s completion, and everything in between. Such care was given. Our pool was covered with tarps to protect it, and our patios were covered to keep any staples/nails from falling onto the walkway that our little dogs’ paws might find on his daily journey. He did not pressure me as he put a lot of effort into working out the details. Josh has been a good go to guy. Our 1600 ft.² house had the old shingles removed and the new shingles on in 4 to 5 hours from arrival to departure. Josh stayed on site the whole time and nicely managed all of my concerns.
