“We had the honor and pleasure of working with John at Multi-Pro Roofing in replacing our roof from wind and hail damage. John guided us the whole way through from starting with our claim to over seeing the roof’s completion, and everything in between. Such care was given. Our pool was covered with tarps to protect it, and our patios were covered to keep any staples/nails from falling onto the walkway that our little dogs’ paws might find on his daily journey. These guys think of everything. The workers were very kind and respectful. If you want a company that will guide you through the whole process, and make you feel like family, give Multi-Pro Roofing a call. Thank you John.”

“Shawn and Joshua really delivered an exceptional experience. I never thought that I would be saying that about getting the roof installed. From how they were patient as we were figuring out the best shingles to buy and what upgrades we wanted to delivering the final product. It was great. They followed up and corrected the few problem areas right away. We could not be happier about our experience and the results. We have had the new roof on for about 7 months now. It definitely helped out with the electric bill. Having the ridge vent system installed was a success for that. Now we don’t have any worries about the storms either. It looks fantastic in our opinion. Big thanks!”

“Would completely recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions! Very professional, understanding and kind. The clean up after the job was done was amazing. Don’t worry about what the mess looks like during the roofing process. When they leave, you’ll never know they were there. Took our solar panels off and put them back in without a hitch! Solar off in one day, roof completely done in one day and solar out back on in one day. There was nothing long and drawn out about the process. They worked great with our insurance company. If you need a new roof, you need to use these guys!!!”

“Great down to earth company serving the Northern Arizona area. I felt that they were focused on customer satisfaction, workmanship, and an expeditious conclusion. Very refreshing to see all these qualities that I thought were long gone.”

“Andrew was wonderful to work with when our roof started leaking. He walked us through the steps with filling an insurance claim, answered any and all questions we had regarding the process, and was very efficient. We had our new roof installed in less than 3 weeks from our initial appointment! The install guys did a pretty good job at cleaning up as much of the rood debris as possible too”

“I recently had my roof repaired/replaced by Multi Pro Roof Solutions, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process, which made everything stress-free. A special shoutout to Tony Berstler, who was incredibly helpful during the insurance approval process. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a complicated situation much easier to handle. The quality of the work was outstanding. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and the finished roof looks great and feels built to last. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality roofing services.”

“THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Unfortunately I had the roofs on two houses damaged late last summer. In addition to that problem my insurance company initially REFUSED to acknowledge the problem. But FORTUNATELY I had Tony Berstler, from Multi-Pro Roof Solutions on my side, and he along with the his team soon got the claims approved and my roofs repaired. I cannot say enough about this team and the exceptional work they do.”

“Recently had full roof replacement by Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. It was an extremely pleasant experience. They were professional and patient, as this was my first go around with roof work on a home. Shout out to Mike Howry for walking me through the steps and being honest with how the process and timelines work. Roof looks amazing! Thank You!!”

“Josh stuck by me from start to finish as well as follow up. He has been very approachable and supportive through the whole process. He did not pressure me as he put a lot of effort into working out the details. Josh has been a good go to guy. Our 1600 ft.² house had the old shingles removed and the new shingles on in 4 to 5 hours from arrival to departure. Josh stayed on site the whole time and nicely managed all of my concerns. My only worry was that I couldn’t seem to get paperwork that referred to an estimate and agreed work. I signed papers and I shouldn’t have and did not feel comfortable doing so without something in writing in return. The roof looks great and Josh was very patient and accommodating while helping me make my selections. Now that the work is completed and I’ve made ”

“I worked directly with Tony Berstler at Multi-Pro Roof Solutions in regard to our full roof replacement. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, he was communicative and helpful. The installation was scheduled appropriately and was 98% complete in one day. The installers only had to come back the next day to finish up a tiny area which took no time at all. The installers were meticulous with their cleanup and super respectful. I highly recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions.”
