“I would highly recommend solar installation by OWE. From beginning, middle, and completion of installation, Eds (Edrelyn Fermante) was always on top of the processes. She coordinated getting the technicians in to install, kept me abreast on status, additional upgrades, and even dealing with my HOA complaint about painting the conduits. Even after installation, Eds kept me informed of the next steps for the Tesla battery rebate. I must mention that the inspector and installation technicians were professional and friendly. “Our installation was activated 5 days ago and is working quite well. It took a little longer than expected but the job was done professionally and I'm happy with the outcome. There were 2 administrative items that were not done and is now being addressed by our project coordinator Noemi. Noesis has been very responsive and is looking into the issues. We are in the hottest part of the year and our APS usage is down but we are still using some power from them. I really won't know the overall performance for a few more months but so far so good.”
