Our World Energy, LLC

Our World Energy, LLC runs their roofing operations from Phoenix, TX. They concentrate on roofing services for residential properties in the region. Being in Texas means dealing with intense sunlight that bakes roof materials and sudden weather events that can tear off sections or cause leaks. The team knows how to assess these conditions and provide roofing solutions that hold up under local demands. Homeowners often call them when their existing roof starts showing signs of age or storm wear. The company has a presence listed in Texas as part of their service areas allowing them to serve Phoenix residents directly with roofing expertise that matches the climate challenges.

Roofing crews from the company handle full replacements using durable shingles suited for Texas heat along with targeted repairs on damaged flashing and underlayment to stop water intrusion. They perform inspections that spot weak spots before they turn into major leaks and work on ventilation upgrades that help attics stay cooler during summer months. In Phoenix the work often involves removing old layers that have cracked from UV exposure then installing new decks and seals that stand up to high winds. Customers note the crews arrive with the right tools for quick tear offs and keep the job site clean without leaving debris scattered across yards. These steps address the constant wear from temperature swings and heavy downpours common in the area.

Customers keep coming back because the roofing work finishes on schedule without dragging out longer than quoted and the materials stand the test of time against local storms. Feedback highlights clear updates during the job so homeowners know what to expect next along with fair pricing that avoids surprise add ons. Quality shows in roofs that stay leak free years later and crews that communicate changes upfront rather than leaving folks in the dark. Speed matters when a sudden hail event hits and the team gets out fast to secure things before more damage occurs. DIRT Score 4.33 from 2070 reviews on Finds.

“I would highly recommend solar installation by OWE. From beginning, middle, and completion of installation, Eds (Edrelyn Fermante) was always on top of the processes. She coordinated getting the technicians in to install, kept me abreast on status, additional upgrades, and even dealing with my HOA complaint about painting the conduits. Even after installation, Eds kept me informed of the next steps for the Tesla battery rebate. I must mention that the inspector and installation technicians were professional and friendly. I appreciate the no nonsense approach OWE (Our World Energy) applies. It has been effectively effortless on my part. It has been good to communicate with a friendly human as compared to some AI personality. Kudos to Eds for performing an excellent job! Jay is the last”

“Our installation was activated 5 days ago and is working quite well. It took a little longer than expected but the job was done professionally and I'm happy with the outcome. There were 2 administrative items that were not done and is now being addressed by our project coordinator Noemi. Noesis has been very responsive and is looking into the issues. We are in the hottest part of the year and our APS usage is down but we are still using some power from them. I really won't know the overall performance for a few more months but so far so good.”

“We recently had our solar panels installed by this company and the experience was overall positive. Noemi helped us throughout the process and was incredibly helpful, making sure everything stayed on track. The initial consultation and installation went smoothly without any major issues. The crew arrived on time, was professional, and completed the work cleanly. The system has been up and running for a short time now and seems to be working exactly as it should. Because the installation is so recent, it’s still too early to judge the long-term performance and determine if it will meet our economic goals. However, based on the customer service and installation quality so far, we are happy with the service we received.”

“The Our World Energy team did a fantastic job. The sales rep was Kevin, project coordinator was Eds and the installation foreman was Jesus. The process was executed with a high degree of precision. We received a written confirmation after each milestone was completed. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely will recommend OWE to our friends and neighbors.”

“I’ve waited a year before making this review to make sure my solar would actually be beneficial. Had the pleasure of doing business with OWE and the process went super smooth the install team was great and timely. And to say the least we are saving! Last bill was $-170”

“Jaz did a great job working with us to get our solar project up and running. We love it! Barely have any electric bill. So we are happy with our new system.”

“Overall, this company provided great service....it was always delivered on the dates and times promised, however, I did experience delays toward the end of the service in the form of delayed paperwork and an unclear process for the company providing a service technician to do a formal review of the system at the end of the installation. Attention: Bradley Chavez However, at the end, a SHINING light appeared in the person of Mr. Alejandro Ferrel, a service tech, who came out to solve an installation issue with the battery connections to the panels. He resolved the issues with 2 separate service calls on the same day and he took the time to clearly explain the issues and to guide me through setting up the application for the internet. Alejandro was extremely courteous, patient, and r”

“Excellent solar installation company, I had a Tesla powerwall added to my house solar system and they were very professional, Ellen my project manager was top notch at communicating where my project was and keeping me informed on where the project was, I highly recommend Our World Energy for all your solar needs.”

“I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with Our Works Energy. My Project Manager, Rod was outstanding. He kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Rod made sure I understood what was going on, always asked if I had any questions, and apprised me if the next step of the process and approximately how long it may take to begin and/or complete. I had a lot of questions and Rod was very patient and understanding. You have a great employee in Rod and Our World Energy is a wonderful company. I am extremely happy with my solar panels, the battery, and its entire system.”

“I had a really great experience working with this company from start to finish. I went into it not knowing much about the process, but they took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and way quicker than I expected, and the team was super respectful of my home. Everything looks clean and professionally done, which I definitely appreciate. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about going solar and want a company that’s reliable, straightforward, and easy to work with.”
