Phoenix Roofing & Repair

Phoenix Roofing & Repair works out of Phoenix, Texas, where they focus on roofing for homes and buildings in the area. The company takes on the steady demand for roof work that comes with living in this part of the state. Details from available sources show they handle general roofing needs for customers who call in with issues or plans for new work. Their location puts them right in the middle of local weather patterns that put extra strain on rooftops year after year. Homeowners here often deal with intense sun and sudden storms that require attention from crews who know the local conditions well.

Roofing crews in Phoenix, Texas, spend a lot of time checking for wear caused by long stretches of high heat that bakes shingles and underlayment until leaks start to show up inside attics. They also deal with repairs after wind-driven rain pushes water under flashing or around vents during heavy downpours that hit the region. Common jobs include replacing damaged sections of roof decking, resealing around chimneys and skylights, and putting down new layers that stand up better to the next round of summer sun and winter cold fronts. Crews move from one house to the next measuring slopes, hauling materials, and making sure water flows off instead of pooling in low spots that collect debris. These tasks keep roofs from failing during the kind of weather swings that turn small problems into bigger ones for homeowners.

Customers keep coming back because the company shows up when called and finishes the work without dragging it out across weeks. High marks appear across speed of response, quality of the finished roof, fair pricing on materials and labor, and clear updates during the job. That pattern of steady performance adds up over time and explains the strong overall rating from the large number of reviews left by people who needed roofing help in Phoenix, Texas. DIRT Score 4.85 from 1054 reviews on Finds.

“Highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Repair especially Louis as the job supervisor!! We first met Garth and Chris who were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful getting things going with our roofing claim and kept us in the loop as the process moved along. We had some questions about roof ventilation and insulation issues which Louis was able to help us with. Louis completely understood what we were asking for!! He came up with the perfect solution to the problem (air flow through the attic and insulation in a flat roof that was originally a patio) at a reasonable cost. Insurance was dragging their feet on the claim but once we got the ins co on board Phoenix Roofing had everything ordered and the roof on in no time at all!! Louis and his team had the roof completed in one and a half da”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Phoenix Roofing and Repair, from start to finish! I highly recommend them to everyone, and advise those who get a knock on their door to let them in and let them inspect your roof! They are on your team!! Shout out to Lou and Allison - you guys were amazing. They worked super hard on my behalf, kept me filled in on the process, and got the job done. Also shout to out the lead project manager, Charlie. Him and his crew were awesome. The roof is extremely well made and looks beautiful. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks again to Phoenix Roofing and Repair!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Josiah and his team at Phoenix Roofing for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a storm damage at my property in AZ. They were very helpful in negotiating with the insurance adjuster to get the full scope of work approved before they started working on the repairs. It took a while to complete the negotiation and the repairs, but the team completed mitigation activities immediately. They were also prompt in addressing some minor issues that were reported immediately after completing the roof repairs. It would have been better if we got the repairs done sooner, but part of the delay is with the insurance company. Thank you, Phoenix Roofing, for the resurfacing project and the recent storm damage repairs.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my roof replaced today by Phoenix Roofing & Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Charlie led the team and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently, completed the job quickly, and maintained a high level of quality throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the communication. Charlie took the time to explain each step of the project, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed along the way. The team was thorough, respectful of my property, and left everything clean when the job was finished. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is fast, efficient, trustworthy, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing & Repair. Thank you, Charlie and team, for a job well done!”

“My whole experience with Phoenix Roofing was top notch! Alex was always available to help me. He was checking in regularly and always answered my calls and texts promptly. I put the claim in with my homeowners insurance in October and ended up with a new roof replacement 5 months later. Even though the insurance made this a slow process, I always had Alex there to guide me. He was patient and worked hard to make sure every step was covered. I am so grateful to Phoenix Roofing and Alex.”

“I am very pleased with the work that this team did! Everyone was excellent — I worked with Lou, Michael, Jay, Sean, Austin, Karsten and Cody. Fantastic communication across the board. Thank you for all that you do!”

“Phoenix roofing and repair did a great job on our home! Constant communication walking us through every step, Mathew Lauer was a huge help from being to the end, workingwithour insurancecompany. The solar panels were taken off in just a couple hours and the roof was completed in about 10 hours, stripped, decked with new plywood and re-roofed. What a great team!! Thank you all so much!!”

“Phoenix Roofing & Repair did a free inspection of our roof and found that we had extensive, covered damage and needed a full replacement. After we signed the contract with PR&R, they handled everything with our insurance agency as promised. There were some scheduling issues due to, they told us, a change in PR&R's local contractor. (We are not located in Phoenix.) Although there were slight delays as a result, they were responsive and maintained good communication with us throughout the process. The most helpful aspect was that they assisted with the insurance appraisal and communicated with our agency, even when our agent tried to bypass them. All we had to do was contact PR&R when an insurance agent called us directly, and PR&R took it from there. Once the roofers were here, they did ev”
