Platinum Exteriors, Inc.

Platinum Exteriors, Inc. runs its roofing operations from Phoenix, TX and takes on roof work as the main part of the business. This general contractor also handles painting projects around the area but keeps the bulk of the focus on roofs for houses and buildings. Crews in Phoenix know how the local weather beats up shingles and underlayment over time with intense sun followed by heavy rains or wind. Homeowners contact them when leaks show up inside or tiles start cracking from years of exposure. The outfit shows up with trucks loaded for full replacements or targeted fixes and sticks to the plan without adding extra steps.

Roofing crews from this company measure existing roofs, pull off old materials, and install new layers that hold up better against the heat and storms common in Phoenix. They handle asphalt shingles, tile systems, and flat roof repairs on both single story homes and bigger properties. Workers check for rot in the decking while they are up there and replace damaged sections before the new roof goes down. In Texas conditions these jobs often involve extra ventilation to cut down on attic heat buildup that drives up cooling costs. The team works through the day to finish sections before weather changes and leaves the site clean at the end of each shift so homeowners can keep using their driveways and yards.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without callbacks and the pricing stays in line with what the job actually takes. They notice the crews communicate clearly about timelines and material choices so there are no surprises once the project starts. Speed on inspections and repairs stands out when leaks hit during storm season while quality shows in how the new roofs shed water and last through summer heat. Price comes across fair for the scope without hidden fees showing up later. DIRT Score 4.82 from 437 reviews on Finds.

“I hired Platinum Exteriors to paint my house. I couldn’t be more satisfied and impressed with the professionalism and the amazing work that this team did. I would recommend them to anyone who needs or wants their house spruce up.”

“We recently had our home painted by Platinum Exteriors out in Surprise, and I’ve got to say—they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their communication was on point, the crew showed up when they said they would, and the attention to detail really stood out. Prep work was done right (which is where most companies cut corners), and the final product looks clean, sharp, and high-end. What I appreciated most was how smooth the whole process was—no headaches, no surprises, just solid work and professionalism all the way through. If you’re looking to get your home painted and want it done right the first time, I’d definitely recommend Platinum Exteriors.”

“We had an amazing experience with Platinum Exteriors for our house paint and exterior block walls. They were on time, left the job site clean and were friendly and professional. They also had a great rate and completed the job super quickly! Many neighbors have used them already and we are spreading the word. Thank you Kevin and Jimmy.”

“Platinum Exteriors was so easy to work with, so easy in fact that it made me nervous. We had four different companies give us a quote for our house painting. Not only did Platinum Exteriors come in with the lowest bid- their bid covered everything that we needed done that all the other companies were going to charge extra for. Scheduling was easy and Ray, our crew leader, was detailed oriented, answered all my questions and did a beautiful job on our home. We are SO happy with how everything turned out- would recommend them again and again!”

“Love how they gave me a quote with in minutes without even having to come out. They fixed all the blemishes without extra fees. Got it done in 2 days. Absolutely the best quote. Saved me over $5k. A bit of over spray in my pool but the house looks beautiful. Attached a before and after photo.”

“We recently hired Platinum Exteriors for an exterior paint job, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all my questions, and their pricing was very affordable. The crew was fantastic—they worked efficiently and went above and beyond by even helping me install weather stripping on my doors. My house looks brand new! If you’re looking for quality work and a great experience, definitely reach out to Kevin for your next exterior painting.”

“We were required to paint the exterior of our home due to our HOA. Before we could paint we needed to fix the back patio roof. Platinum Exteriors gave us the best quote out of Six different companies. They were transparent with their approach to both projects. They worked with us as we submitted our color scheme to our HOA. After a small delay, on our side, the roof got done in one day and the next day the exterior of our home was completed. We couldn't be more happy with the job that was done. Our neighbors have all commented on how nice it home looks. We would highly recommend Platinum Exteriors. Don't waste your time with other painters, work with these guys you won't regret it.”
