RENCO Roofing

RENCO Roofing works out of Phoenix, Texas, and sticks to roofing as their main trade. These licensed contractors take on jobs that protect homes from the weather that hits this part of the state. They handle everything from full roof replacements to smaller fixes that stop water from getting inside. Local homeowners call them when old shingles start curling or when storms leave damage that needs quick attention. The crew shows up with the tools and materials needed to get the job done without dragging it out over weeks.

Roofing in Phoenix, Texas, means dealing with intense sun that bakes shingles and makes them crack over time, plus the occasional heavy rain or wind that can tear sections loose. Common jobs include patching leaks around vents and chimneys, swapping out damaged tiles after hail, and installing new layers that hold up better in the heat. Homeowners here often face rising energy bills from poor insulation under old roofs and have to watch for mold starting in wet spots. A solid roofing crew checks the decking underneath before laying anything new and makes sure flashing stays tight so water runs off instead of pooling. They also deal with attic ventilation upgrades that cut down on heat buildup inside the house during summer months.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without constant callbacks and the crew stays on schedule even when materials run short. They get solid marks for quality that lasts through another Texas summer, fair pricing that matches the scope of each job, and clear talk about what needs fixing before any money changes hands. Speed matters when a leak shows up right before rain, and this outfit moves fast without cutting corners on the details. DIRT Score 4.43 from 310 reviews on Finds.

“We used Renco to replace our roof underlayment and we are thrilled with their work. Trey Simonson was our contact and was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and extremely professional. The work they performed was done well and we are happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.”

“Renco roofing did an amazing job on my foam roof through our new hoa that has not been repaired in 30 years. Brett raisanen was easy to communicate with and will always respond to my calls and text. Definitely recommend Renco roofing.”

“This is our second time using Renco and I can say without a doubt the only business I would have do our roofing. We used them in 2017 for our flat roof areas of our home but at that time our tile area was fine. Fast forward to Oct 2025 and our largest area of roof, tile finally needed to be done. We again reached out to Renco knowing that they had been in business for 20 years but also that we had a good experience last time. We worked Trey this time and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He presented us with several options for our home and explained the differences between each. He was patient while we compared prices to others in the industry and we found once again that Renco’s pricing was good but even better were the warranty options/terms. We liked”

“I have happily worked with Renco Roofing for years! They do quality work, respond quickly and truly wish to partner long-term with their clients. I have had full reroofs (foam & tile) at both Eastwood in Mesa and Casitas & Seville in Phoenix. My main point of contact Tanner can truly be depended on to assist with any questions, estimates or recommendations.”

“Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful crew. Today, members of this company's roofing team decided to use the private entryway and stones directly in front of the door to my residence as a lunch/break area. When I pulled into my driveway, the crew stared blankly at me and refused to move or disperse so I could safely park and enter my home. I initially thought something had happened because one of the workers was laying down with his arm over his face, but then when I paused and looked they were all chatting casually. Another was eating takeout. Worse, the worker remained laid out flat on the ground for well over an hour, shoes kicked off, chatting away on his cell, forcing the USPS postal worker to step over and around him just to deliver the mail. Total lack of situational awarenes”

“I love working with Renco. Just had them replace underlayment for my home. Its my third time using them for both residential and commercial properties. I worked with Sean Koivisto and he was awesome. Gave me multiple options, everything was done on time and as promised. Went above and beyond, crew was great. Managers stopped by throughout to check on things and came back afterwards to do full inspection and drone fly over. Really great experience, big thanks to Sean Koivisto and the Renco Team! I live in Scottsdale and have also had them do work in Deer Valley and Phoenix.”

“Got my flat roof coated with Renco. Great job no leaks and issues. Covered under warranty and they come out every year to make sure everything still looks great. Trey is my point of contact and he's been great helping me out. Quotes I got from other companies were substantially more than Renco so gonna keep using them for the foreseeable future.”

“I had a minor leak in my roof and got several quotes to fix it. Renco came in as the most affordable option while still offering a thorough and reliable repair that meets current codes. Tyler and Scott even came out on a holiday to finalize the contract and get us on the schedule. They fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I did experience a minor electrical issue after the repair, and they promptly returned to redo that section and help address the wiring. Since it’s an older home, the electrical system is a bit more complex than modern setups, but they handled it professionally. I really appreciated how responsive and communicative they were throughout the entire process. I’ve already recommended them to others and would definitely suggest checking them out if you need a roof repair o”

“Best roofing company ever! They helped me remedy my disaster of a roof. Their communication was wonderful and they did the job so quickly and efficiently. They left no traces of nails behind. 10/10 recommend.”

“We had new skylights installed. The installation team of Irvin and Jose was excellent. They were on time installed and cleaned up. They spent time answering our questions and provided detailed photos of the process and end result. We are always pleased with Renco Roofing.”
