Roofs Arizona

Roofs Arizona works as a roofing outfit based in Phoenix, TX. They focus on keeping homes protected with regular checks and fixes on different roof styles that handle the local weather. The crew handles both flat roofs that need waterproof layers against moisture and shingle roofs made from asphalt or organic materials. Homeowners in the area get advice straight from the company about yearly inspections no matter the covering type. They also point out that flat roofs benefit from recoating every five to ten years to fight off damage from strong sunlight and heat. This approach comes from practical experience dealing with roofs that face intense conditions year after year.

They provide free roof inspections along with financing plans to help property owners get work done without big upfront costs. For flat roofs the team applies recoats to seal out water during rainy periods and block ultraviolet rays that break down materials fast. Shingle roofs get attention too since they typically hold up around twenty five years when checked often for wear. In Phoenix, TX the daily grind involves spotting leaks early on flat surfaces or replacing damaged shingles before storms hit hard. The process starts with an inspection then moves to targeted repairs or full replacements using solid materials that stand up to the sun and wind. Customers see the difference when the crew shows up prepared and finishes without dragging things out.

Homeowners in Phoenix, TX count on this crew for quick responses when roofs start leaking or showing age from the heat. Reviews highlight solid quality in the recoating work and shingle fixes along with clear talks about what needs doing and fair costs that do not surprise anyone. Speed stands out as they handle inspections and jobs without long waits even during busy seasons. The price matches the results without extras tacked on. DIRT Score 4.94 from 247 reviews on Finds.

“Roofs Arizona did a fantastic job of replacing our old roof on our Fountain Hills house. It was a combination of tile and flat roof that was over 35 years old. We found Bob very accurate in his assessment of our roofing needs and the estimate of work and costs necessary for the job. The work was completed efficiently and the quality was outstanding. Cleanup was thorough. We were advised and approval was sought for any additional items. We highly recommend Bob and Roofs Arizona to provide high quality work and delivery on schedule.”

“Bob Murphy of Roofs Arizona has done a couple of jobs for me and I have referred him to my son and a friend. All of us have had a great experience. The work was excellent as was the service and speed of Bob's response time. His prices are very competitive. He did roof repair for me and installed a Solatubes. Bob is my go-to guy for everything roofs.”

“Robert is an excellent business person. He is quick to respond to inquiries. He provided his estimate the same day. The work that was completed on our roof was done professionally. His crew was on time and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend him. Will use them when any future roof repairs are needed.”

“Choosing a contractor is always a tough call. You read the reviews and cross your fingers hoping you made the right decision. I’m happy to say Roofs Arizona more than lived up to their great reviews. The team was simply fantastic - start to finish. Great communication from Bob the owner through the bidding process, and this clear communication was kept up through the whole project. The Arizona Roofs crew was dedicated, hard working, and had a great eye for detail - important for us as we have a fairly complex roof. At the end of the project we had an high quality new roof, at a good price, and could not be happier with the experience and outcome of working with Bob and Roofs Arizona. Highly recommend giving Bob a call if you have a roofing job.”

“If you want a company that says what their gonna do and does what they say and goes above and beyond, Roofs Arizona is your company! Bob was very communicative from the beginning to end of the installation. We got many bids for our roof & Roofs Arizona ended up being the best fit for us. We look forward to using you again for future roofing needs.”

“My neighbor, an AC contractor with 30 years experience, recommended Bob. I got 2 estimates from well known Mesa and Scottsdale roofers for $32 K. Bob's bid was half that. He even bid to do more work than they did. I checked Bob's credentials and they were good. So I went with Roofs Arizona for my duplex shingle roof. Bob was easy to work with and on time. My roof was done in only one long day!. My tenants loved him and are very happy with their new roof/skylights. I think you will be pleased too...”

“Bob Murphy Roofing did a fantastic job. The owner explained in detail their whole process including any costs associated with new plywood or tiles if needed. They also came in at the lowest price of the five companies that bid on the job. I already recommended them to two of my neighbors.”

“Recommend 100%. Roofs Arizona called me back immediately, came out for the estimate right on time and did the job without any delay. Really appreciated the great communication and expertise. Thank you Bob for the service!”
