S & R Roofing LLC

S & R Roofing LLC works out of Phoenix handling roofing jobs across Maricopa County in Arizona. They stick to roofing as their main trade and take on both houses and commercial buildings without trying to be everything to everyone. The crew puts in tile roofs that hold up under constant sun, metal panels for long-term strength, foam applications that seal tight, and regular shingle roofs when that fits the job. They also handle blow-in insulation to cut heat loss and install skylights that bring light into attics without leaks. Phoenix weather means roofs bake all summer then face sudden monsoon downpours, so these crews see plenty of work replacing old coverings that crack or pull away from the decking.

Homeowners around Phoenix deal with extreme heat that breaks down materials fast and wind-driven rain that finds every weak seam. S & R Roofing handles full residential roof replacements on single-family homes plus commercial roofing on shops and offices where downtime costs money. They switch between tile that matches local styles, metal that sheds heat, foam that adds waterproof layers, and shingle jobs on simpler structures. When insulation is needed they blow it into attics to keep cooling bills down, and skylight installs get done with proper flashing so water stays out. Crews show up with the right equipment for tear-offs, deck repairs, and final sealing that lasts through another round of summer heat and winter winds.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on schedule, the roofs hold without callbacks, and the pricing stays straightforward without hidden fees. Communication stays direct so homeowners know when crews arrive and what the next step involves. Quality shows in how the new roofs stand up to daily sun exposure and sudden storms instead of needing fixes a year later. Speed matters when a leak hits during monsoon season and the team gets it buttoned up before more damage spreads inside. DIRT Score 4.6 from 161 reviews on Finds.

“A couple friends had their roofs redone and were very happy with the job S&R did. I had S&R estimate mine and thought it was a good price and had them do the work. They did a very good job, replaced all that needed replacing, reworked some tile spacing to bring it up to current code and did a good job keeping things under control and cleaning up. Very happy with the final product.”

“I could not be any happier with Charlie and this company. I had the redo my roof about 8 years ago - flat roof and new tiles. Since then, I have referred about 3 friends and neighbors. Charlie has taken great care of everyone I've sent. He's even come to my house a few times to do minor touch ups for free. Charlie and his crew will forever be my go to roofing company!”

“Working with Samantha and her team is always a pleasure. The attention to detail, professionalism & communication speaks for itself. Not to mention the exceptional workmanship. Great company managed by a great leader! Highly recommended.”

“We chose S&R Roofing based on watching a close neighbor’s job in abt 2020 and high review scores. They are real competent and experienced and pricing is reasonable. They were very quick to come back and fix one of our permanent Xmas lights that accidentally got pulled out of the track on Xmas eve. They asked many times if I was happy and I am. Also flew their drone multiple times to view progress and completion of the jobs. Color matched the new roof vents, tile scallop fixtures, and cement caps so everything became a monochromatic match, unlike the original job which looked like they used whatever paint they had leftover and the mismatched look was glaring. Also made the patio cover look better than new. They also handled the solar panel removals and reinstall without problems and got eve”

“Excellent job. Crews were on time everyday and worked diligently in 100 degree weather. Will recommend S and R to everyone”

“I just completed my third roof with S&R Roofing. In every case I always feel like I am the only person in the room! Since I live in another state that says a lot.
