Scott Roofing Company

Scott Roofing Company operates out of Phoenix where they have spent the last 42 years taking care of roofs for local homeowners and businesses. This crew handles both residential and commercial roofing jobs and they stay licensed bonded and insured to keep everything above board. They focus on fixing problems with older roofs and stepping in when it's time for a full replacement since roofs in this part of the country don't last forever under the constant sun. In Phoenix the weather hits roofs hard with intense heat and occasional storms so these guys know the local conditions well from decades on the job. Homeowners often call when leaks appear after years of exposure and the company steps in to sort it out.

They come out to inspect roofs that need repair or replacement and get the work done without dragging things out. For older homes they check the condition and advise on whether a patch job will hold or if it's better to put on a new roof which they suggest every 12 to 20 years depending on the material and exposure. The team deals with all kinds of issues from storm damage to general wear in the hot climate and they cover both houses and bigger commercial buildings around Phoenix. Calls go out for everything from basic fixes on aging shingles to complete tear offs when the old layers start failing under the Arizona sun.

Folks in the area keep coming back because the work holds up well and they don't overcharge for the quality they deliver. Communication stays straightforward with clear explanations on what needs doing and timelines that actually get met. The speed of getting jobs completed and the attention to making sure the roof lasts stand out in the feedback. Price comes in fair for the scope of work involved in roofing projects here. “I must say that every person I dealt with at Scott Roofing, from the estimator to the office staff and the crew leader was courteous, forthcoming with answers to my questions and made me feel confident that I picked the best company for the job. I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and I recommend this company without reservation. D Horsman Scottsdale AZ”

“A pigeon control person was on my roof and noticed several roof tiles that were broken. My roof was originally repaired by Scott Roofing. I discussed the problem and the age of the roof, and set about to do the inspection. A Scott Roofing representative came out. Once he was finished, he showed me pictures of the rook damage which luckily just required replacing a few of tiles, which I had spared from the original installation. He also showed pictures of the repair and the final product. The Scott Roofing representative completed the job, which he completed without charging me anything. A less reputable roofer would likely made the issue seem far worse and charged me. Instead, the rep demonstrated Scott Roofing's great reputation for integrity and great customer service. If you ar”

“A few months ago, my neighbor commented on how impressed he was with the individuals who worked on my roof in July 2025. That meant the world to me since I was not home at the time of the install and I respect my neighbor's opinion. Recently, an out of town visitor commented on my roof's appearance. The compliment reminded me that I had not yet posted a well deserved review. This was the second time I worked with Scott Roofing. The entire team was excellent. They cared about their work. They were committed to providing my home with the protection it needed. April definitely contributed to my overall experience. When I was questioning some of my initial decisions, she was an attentive listener during our phone conversations. Her approach was positive. She conveyed a genuine level of care”

“Scott's staff and roofers are extremely competent, diligent, hard-working, cheerful, respectful and careful. Incredibly, Scott Roofing is utterly honest and ethical. You can believe what they say and trust what they do. You will love the roof they build for you and you will love the experience of working with them. They rebuilt my roof almost 3 years ago after a hailstorm and wind seriously damaged it -- and did a beautiful job. So beautiful, in fact, that one of the things I was saddest about when my house burned down a year ago was that Scott's beautiful work was incinerated. But they came back this year and totally rebuilt my roof and made it even more beautiful. And they were so easy to work with!!”

“Scott Roofing did a wonderful job with my Roofing claim from inspection to scheduling to financing help and roof repairs. They showed up on time and were very thorough with the whole job and customer service. They went above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for Roofing projects!”

“We were very pleased with the service. We were positively impressed with sales Brad, the Superintendent, Brian, April from the office and Alex and the other roofers.”

“Professional evaluation. Good communication. During project, supervisor informed me of the progress and showed pictures of roof recoating.”

“Scott roofing is a awesome company. Good employees and they clean up after their work is done. Except for the guy that yells alot and talks stuff to people. So my 5 stars went to 1 star.”

“Flat roof. I have had them maintain my roof for 8 years with 1. Great insulation effects 2. Zero leaks 3. Always there for me”

“Good crew of installers and everyone that I dealt with from sales office and the project. Excellent clean up and protecting up lawn. Was concerned about dogs picking up nails or staples in the backyard but they tarped everything very well and cleaned up afterwards each day. Did take a while to get the roof done as far as scheduling but I did not have any leaking just a very very old roof that needed to be replaced.”
