Spencer 4 Hire Roofing LLC

Spencer 4 Hire Roofing LLC runs its roofing operations from Phoenix, TX. This outfit takes on residential roofing jobs along with commercial roofing projects for clients across the area and into Arizona. Their background shows a focus on providing solid roofing services that include everything from shingle work to custom setups. Homeowners and business owners in the region rely on them for keeping structures protected against the elements without unnecessary delays or complications. The company has built its name by sticking to practical approaches in roofing that address common problems like leaks and wear from weather while serving all of Arizona as a local contractor.

They handle general roofing services such as roof repairs, full installations, soffit fascia and trim fixes along with storm damage restoration. In Phoenix, TX the heat beats down on shingles year round and sudden storms rip off sections or cause leaks that need quick attention. Crews show up to assess damage on shingle roofs or commercial flat systems then replace what is broken or install new designs that hold up better. They walk through the roofing repair process with property owners step by step and take care of custom roofing needs when standard options fall short. This keeps homes and buildings dry during the worst weather swings common to the area.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up over time at prices that do not break the bank and the crew stays in touch throughout each job. Reviews point to fast response on repairs, clean results on installations and clear explanations that avoid confusion. That combination of quick scheduling, durable fixes and straightforward talk adds up to strong marks across the board. DIRT Score 4.92 from 197 reviews on Finds.

“I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Spencer 4 Hire Roofing! Their team did an outstanding job on my roof, replacing all the rotted trim boards and broken tiles. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. I received daily updates on the work being done, and they were transparent about every cost associated with the project. The crew took extra precautions to protect my artificial turf, laying down tarps to prevent damage. They also cleaned up thoroughly every day, leaving my property spotless. I'm extremely happy with Spencer 4 Hire Roofing and highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone in need of reliable roofing services. Their professionalism, workm”

“Spencer redid the underlay for our tile roof + needed repairs in 4 days in early May 2026. They worked fast and more quietly than I expected. The team was careful to be sure our pet was not disturbed and cleaned up front, back and sides as neat as a pin. We were told to anticipate some costs beyond the quote considering the roof had not been repaired in 40 years, and it is hard to tell what will be necessary before you lift the tiles. This expense was kept to a minimum. We appreciated that Spencers kept us updated on work and progress every single day.”

“Very pleased, got the work done in a timely fashion. They take the time to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. Gave me a price discount and did extra repair on patio roof and didn’t charge me which was great!! Thanks Spencer 4 Hire Roofing!!”

“I got bids from 2 reputable roofing companies. I chose Spencers Roofing based on their reputation, price, and their ability to match broken tiles that they saved from previous jobs. They started the job and finished on time. The crews were hard working and cleaned up every day at the end of their work. Nathan sent photos daily ( I was out of town) and explained the entire job at completion. John and Nathan were very responsive with a few follow-up items too. I recommend Spencer’s Roofing for your Re-Roofing projects. I’ll be really happy in 10 years with NO leaks. I’ll post back in 10!”

“After reviewing three companies to do our roof, we chose Spencer 4 Hire. Although the costs were competitive, Nathan's professionalism and ability to explain the process to our understanding was the main reason we chose them. We were presented with different levels of the roofing jobs and were able to choose the level that best suited our needs. From day one, the crew arrived on time and hit the ground running. They finished the job as expected. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were respectful in safeguarding our yard as much as possible. We definitely recommend them.”

“Spencer 4 Hire Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The whole experience was very transparent and simple. Ned explained all options, materials and the installation process. One week before installation Nathan performed the final job walk, he explained every step, answered all my questions and included my feedback. The installation week was done according to the plan and safely. They even covered my pool to prevent debris, after the job was done they cleaned everything and showed me all what was done. All in all a great experience, highly recommended.”

“My experience with Spencer 4 Hire was great. We needed our original roof replaced. I called and scheduled an appointment and met with Ned. He explained everything in detail from the beginning. John checked in throughout the install to ensure things were going well and to provide updates. Timelines were met as expected for everything, they even finished a day earlier than expected. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“There were some initial communications problems and other issues initially, however Al were resolved satisfactorily after the owner took charge and made things right. Spencer went above and beyond expectations with fixing a small woodpecker hole in my chimney stucco that I could not reach and painting some trim boards that were not included in the job scope. They made sure everything was perfect. I am happy with the results and would recommend Spencer for your roofing job.”
