SUNVEK Roofing

SUNVEK Roofing works out of Phoenix where they have handled roofing jobs for both homes and businesses going back to 1984. They stick to straightforward roofing work that fits the needs of folks in the area. The trade centers on keeping structures covered and protected, and this company brings that experience to every project they take on in Phoenix. Homeowners here often need reliable crews who show up and get the job done right the first time around. The desert conditions mean roofs take a beating from constant sun, so they focus on durable materials and solid installation practices that last through the heat.

They perform roof replacements when the old covering has worn out from years of exposure and needs full removal and new layers put down. Repairs cover fixing leaks or damaged sections without tearing everything off, while inspections let them check the condition and spot problems before they get worse. Crews also handle roof decks for added structure, install gutters to direct water away from foundations, and put in skylights for extra light where requested. Work starts with a site visit to assess the roof, followed by clear steps to complete the fix or upgrade using standard tools and materials suited to local weather demands.

Customers keep coming back because the crews move fast on needed repairs, deliver solid work that holds up without callbacks, keep costs in line with what the job requires, and stay in touch throughout so homeowners know the timeline. These points add up across the board for roofing outfits that deal with sun damage and sudden fixes in Phoenix. DIRT Score 4.8 from 323 reviews on Finds.

“It was a pleasure having Sunvek roofing complete my roof repairs. That's not a statement I can say often these days for many companies. The communication and scheduling was on point with Jennifer. She was great to work with and kept me informed on every step of the process. Leo did a fantastic job repairing and recoating my roof as you can see in the photos. I wish I had some before photos to share with all the blistering and exposed foam on my flat roof. Other dishonest companies that I received bids from were telling me that it was mandatory to completely remove my old roof and reinstall a new one. Sunvek went into detail that I could understand explaining why that wasn't necessary which I greatly appreciate. I work with contractors often in my field as an electrician and you rarely ”

“We had a roof leaking during the winter storm. We called several local roofing companies. Sunvek Roofing was the first and the quickest one responded with a prompt repair plan and schedule. Joseph Florez ( a consultant) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the repair project and helped us with a quick arrangement. Paul Sulu ( site manger) was very responsive and communicated with us about every step of the project. We had very good experience with Sunvek Roofing team and would highly recommend this company for any future roofing related project.”

“After contacting several companies, I chose Sunvek to put a new coating on my flat foam roof. The crew did a wonderful job. They were friendly and polite and the area was absolutely clean each day after they left. When the job was finished Leo Perez came by to inspect the completed project and he did a great job taking care of a few touch up items I asked him to take a look at. Leo was very friendly and really listened to my comments and took care of everything. Thank you to Leo, Sergio and the rest of the crew for a great job.”

“Had my roof sealed at it looks amazing ! Highly recommend this company for good quality work! definitely worth the money getting it fixed. The workers that came were professional, thorough and quick.”

“I decided to have some preventative maintenance done since flat roofs can be more leak prone in Arizona. I contacted Sunvek at the recommendation of Robert Stork, my insurance agent. Sunvek applied Mulehide commercial grade elastomeric acrylic coatings to my flat roof and it looks beautiful! The workers were polite and professional. The project manager, Felipe Gonzalez, was incredible. He was very respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just simply an all-around good gentleman. Thank you, Felipe, the crew and all of the helpful Sunvek staff. My engagement with each and every one of you was such a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunvek for any roofing needs!!”

“Brian from Sunvek just stopped by our home for our annual flat roof inspection. We've been a Sunvek customer since 2013. Sunvek replaced our tile roof in 2013, and re-coated our flat roof in 2016 and again in 2024. They are an outstanding company and their people are top-notch. We highly recommend Sunvek for any roofing needs. Many thanks!”

“We had a great experience working with Brian Sosa from SunVek Roofing. We had a cracked skylight that needed replacing. He provided a fast and reasonably priced estimate, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently, and the new skylight looks great. The invoicing and payment options were simple and convenient, which made everything even easier. Brian was professional, responsive, and clearly knows his craft. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.”

“The whole Sunvek team was great to work with. Spencer Lane the job lead and salesman was fantastic to work with, prompt, responsive and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Filipe, the crew supervisor, was equally as competent, friendly and kept his crew on schedule as agreed on. The roofing crew Gustavo and Jimmy worked in an organized manner, clean and efficiently and went above and beyond my expectations. I was so pleased with the experience I got two different neighbors to replace their roofs with Sunvek. Thanks team Sunvek.”

“Brian did a great job on roof assessment of our home. Attached a lot of photos of roof repairs etc. 1/9/26 Leo did a great job patching roof and communication about work he completed.”

“There were some small delays in my roof coating project but after those were sorted out I got a quick reply from Felipe and the managers over at Sunvek. There was a change in the project details but Sunvek honored the original quote which I really appreciate. When they came out they were very nice and prompt and I appreciate the work they did to remedy the delays. Thank you!”
