Valley Roofing and Repair

Valley Roofing and Repair operates as a roofing outfit based in Phoenix. They concentrate on roofing work for houses and commercial buildings alike, covering installation of new roofs along with full replacements and regular inspections. The crew handles the demands that come with local conditions, where constant sun and heat break down materials over the years and sudden storms add to the wear. Their approach stays straightforward, showing up to assess the roof condition and getting the materials and labor sorted without extra steps that drag things out for property owners.

They handle roof installations on fresh construction or when an old roof needs swapping out completely, plus targeted repairs to fix leaks or sections damaged by weather. Inspections form a regular part of the work, especially for real estate deals and property management accounts where catching issues early saves bigger headaches later. Storm damage repairs come up often too, with crews patching or reinforcing after high winds and rain hit. In Phoenix the extreme temperatures mean asphalt shingles and other coverings degrade quicker than in milder spots, so these jobs focus on durable fixes that hold up under daily sun exposure and keep buildings protected without repeated callbacks.

Customers keep coming back because the work moves fast from first call to finish, the quality holds after months of weather, and the pricing stays reasonable compared to other crews in the area. Communication stays clear on timelines and costs so no one gets surprised mid-job. That consistent record across many projects adds up to strong results. DIRT Score 4.91 from 171 reviews on Finds.

“I really appreciated the team of Valley Roof and Repair. My first encounter was with the owner (Zach) of the company who came up and performed a thorough inspection of my roof. He discussed the quality of materials he would be using, the life expectancy of the roof & the roof warranty. When the team arrived I spoke with the team lead (Devan) who outlined the plan of the day & duration. The roofing team arrived on time, efficiently completely the roof, cleaned up any mess. Zach was also present to assess ongoing progress. I would absolutely recommend this roofing team to anyone. Good investment and quality.
