Punctual with schedule, responsive and reliable so no surprises or anxiety. Very accommodating with changes of dates and requests. Manager answered all questions often supported/explained with photos and actual material/parts samples to help understanding and alleviate any doubt. Detail follow through during work in progress and follow up after completion including clearing debris fell through the cover into the swimming pool and using magnet to pick up nails in the lawn and driveway around the house and using blower to clear porch and parameters.
