Dwell Roofing & Exteriors

Dwell Roofing & Exteriors works out of Plano, Texas, and handles roofing across the DFW area. They focus on residential and commercial roof repairs, replacements, leak fixes, hail damage work, and regular maintenance, while also taking on exterior jobs like custom gutter installation, window replacement, fencing, siding, and painting. In recent years they brought on crews for interior dry-out and full remodels after water damage. Homeowners in Plano and nearby spots like Frisco or McKinney face frequent storms that hit roofs hard, so the company keeps crews ready for quick responses on both routine fixes and bigger insurance claims.

JC Martinez often leads the jobs and shows up fast for inspections, bringing photos to point out exact damage spots like leaks coming through kitchen ceilings or holes left from solar panel removal. His crews handle full roof maintenance, patch those openings, and finish replacements or repairs within days, keeping the site clean and staying in touch daily from the first call through follow-up. Customers note the work holds up after heavy rains and storms, with teams fixing issues like large leaks that other outfits missed and completing everything on schedule without dragging out the process.

Homeowners give top marks for the quality of the finished roofs and exteriors, the speed from first inspection to done, clear daily updates, and pricing that stays fair without surprises. Reviews highlight how the crews stay professional and knowledgeable, deliver honest assessments right away, and leave sites tidy while making sure repairs last. “We had a great experience with this roofing company and are so thankful we chose them. They removed our solar panels, repaired all of the holes left behind, and completed a full roof maintenance. From start to finish, JC Martinez was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the repairs were done properly. What really stood out was how kind, respectful, and easy it was to work with him. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this team. JC Martinez was fantastic from start to finish. Super communicative and kept in touch everyday from scheduling through the post project follow up. The team worked fast, kept the worksite clean, and the repairs have held up wonderfully through a few nasty storms over the past few weeks. Great value, very professional, and super high quality work. Dwell will be my only roofing and exterior company I use and my first referral!”

“Dwell Roofing is always so easy to work with! JC came out the next day to look at our roof and give us an honest assessment of what was needed (including pictures to show where we had damage). The work was scheduled and completed within a week, and looks great!”

“JC and his team was fantastic!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I reached out to multiple roofing contractors via Yelp after noticing a large leak in my kitchen ceiling. I went forward with Dwell Roofing after comparing their reviews and I'm so grateful I did. JC was able to determine that the leak was coming from my chimney. I mentioned my other concerns like my skylight leaking and a quote from a separate contractor, which he addressed. JC was very helpful with explaining everything and different options we could go with that would fit our budget and resolve the issue. Everything was done super quickly from the point of inspection to completion of work. I'm still very impressed with everything!”

“We had a great experience with Jordan. He helped us diagnose and fix a major leak in one of the windows. He was communicative and helped us understand exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend working with Dwell and Jordan!”
