Lotus Leaks & Roof Restorations

Lotus Leaks & Roof Restorations works out of Plano, Texas as a straight roofing crew that focuses on fixing leaks and handling full roof jobs for local homeowners. They take on everything from basic repairs to complete replacements when storms or age take a toll on houses in the area. The outfit stays busy with the hot Texas sun and sudden weather shifts that wear down shingles and flashing fast. Crews show up ready to match existing work or put on new systems without dragging things out longer than needed.

They handle roof installations along with gutters and painting when the full job calls for it, as John and Tau did on one house where they followed every request from the owner and wrapped it at a fair cost. Another crew replaced an entire roof and kept the homeowner updated from the first visit through the last shingle, showing up on time and finishing without extra delays. Inspections get done quick too, like the detailed report they delivered the day after a call during peak heat, and their quality work once helped a policyholder land a two thousand dollar insurance break. Homeowners mention the teams stay knowledgeable on what materials hold up best around here.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up strong every time with top marks on quality and no corners cut on the details. Response times stay quick even in tough conditions, pricing comes in reasonable without surprises, and updates flow clear from start to finish on every project. That steady record across hundreds of jobs shows why they stand out for roofing in Plano. DIRT Score 5.0 from 273 reviews on Finds.
