“I'm going to be honest and true...Paris TX is a mom-&-pop town at heart so outsider business is skeptical at times. We were at home, just sat down for dinner when someone rang the bell presenting roof inspections. There was a recent hailstorm while we were out of town so the likelihood we had damage was unbeknownst to us yet. Needless to say I passed in that moment. (Now my line of thinking in that moment was we live in an established neighborhood with majority retiree/elderly couples. Scam-likely...) A week later we're back in-town and I see Edgar Gonzalez visiting with our neighbors about their roof. I then see several Qualis yard signs. The next morning I'm cutting grass while they are replacing our neighbors roof. I decided maybe this is legit so I meet with Edgar. This guy is a GOD-send....from the initial conversation, he put our fears to bed. Very knowledgeable, personable and customer service driven. Needless to say, Qualis replaced our roof, found damage to the fence and yard equipment that our insurance adjuster MISSED(??). They worked to get that covered as well. “My experience with Qualis was by far one of the smoothest experiences I have had with roof replacement. I had originally called Greg Pirtle because a recent storm had blown a couple of shingles off my roof & I needed a quick repair. He sent out a colleague to do the repair. While fixing the missing shingles, it was noted that I had significant hail damage to the roof. Not remembering when the last hail storm had been, Greg was able to explain that there had been a storm a few months earlier that would qualify if I wanted to file a claim. From that point forward, Greg worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that all damages were covered and scheduled the roof replacement within a short time window. The day of the replacement, the crew started at about 7:30am & were finished by 2:00pm. The results were fantastic. Through Greg’s guidance, I was able to have my roof replaced quickly & was even able to upgrade to a category 4 shingle which helps save on insurance costs in the future. The total cost of the project was about $25,000, but my out of pocket was a fraction of that. I would definitely recommend Greg Pirtle & Qualis Roofing and Construction to anyone needing a roof replacement.”
