RCSA Roofing & Construction

RCSA Roofing & Construction operates as a full-service general contracting firm out of Plano, Texas. They handle residential and commercial roofing along with storm restoration, insurance claim assistance, and other construction work across the DFW metroplex. The business keeps regular hours from nine to five on weekdays with shorter times on Friday and Saturday, and they stay closed on Sunday. Their address sits at 1600 W Plano Pkwy Unit 44.

Customers call them for hail damage assessments after storms, full roof replacements, gutter work, garage door installs, fence repairs, and window fixes. Aaron handled estimates and worked through insurance paperwork on one job that also included a patio extension. Javier walked through the whole insurance process, coordinated crews, and added garage door and window work. Fidel sent out the next day for an inspection, kept real estate clients updated with drone photos, and arranged a plumber within an hour on a water issue. Tye and his crew guided homeowners through insurance claims without pushing unnecessary replacements, while Luis and Jose stayed in touch daily on roof and gutter projects.

They respond fast to calls, show up on time, explain damage with photos, and clean up after each day. Reviewers note the crews stretch schedules when needed to avoid heat and keep areas tidy. Work covers the DFW area with clear timelines and honest reports on what repairs will or will not cover. The team stays in contact from first inspection through final walkthroughs.

“After the baseball size hail storm 2 months ago we knew without a doubt we would need a new roof. Aaron did a great job giving us the estimate and then working with our insurance. The new roof looks wonderful. We had also been planning a patio extension in about a year or so and we went ahead and moved that to the same time as the roof. We are so pleased with the looks and construction and we know we will enjoy it for a long time”

“Great experience with RCSA! I had been putting off a new roof for some time because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of searching for good companies, filing claims, costs, you name it. However, a knock on the door changed all that. RCSA was doing work on a neighbor's home, saw my damages and ensured they could solve all of those issues for me. And indeed they did. Javier was excellent, walked me thru the process, met with the teams, kept me informed every step of the way. I was even so impressed that I had them do additional work needed - garage door install and windows. Overall experience was wonderful.”

“RCSA Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job on our project. They installed our new roof, replaced gutters, replaced the garage doors, repaired the fence, and handled window repairs as well. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth by taking care of the inspection, insurance claim process, repairs, and cleanup. The owners and project managers were extremely responsive, professional, and quick to address any issues that came up. They went above and beyond what is standard, and it really showed in the quality of their work and customer service. I highly recommend RCSA Roofing & Construction to anyone needing roofing, construction, or storm damage repairs. They are dependable, thorough, and truly care about doing the job right.”

“The entire team was wonderful. Exceptional customer service and work ethic. Fidel was able to go out the very next day to inspect my client’s home before purchasing, which as a real estate broker I greatly appreciate given our strict contract deadlines. My clients felt reassured by the quality of repairs and the level of communication and transparency throughout the process. Tye even went above and beyond by connecting us with a service provider to handle some minor fence repairs. Highly recommend!”

“Tye and his whole crew have been the best to work with. They are very patient and helped us navigate all the insurance issues we had. The job was done with professionalism and care and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend RCSA for all your construction and roofing needs.”

“RCSA did an outstanding job replacing our double dock doors! The team was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process. The new doors not only look great but also function perfectly, a huge improvement from what we had before. They communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was complete. We’re extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend RCSA to anyone needing quality commercial door replacements or repairs”

“Ty and Shaun were very professional, attentive and punctual. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver like many contractors due. On the contrary they were realistic, honest and understood what was possible as well as not possible rather than just taking a job for money and not living up to expectations. RCSA exceeded all my expectations and were fantastic for roofing repairs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone! Derek”

“Our neighbor recommended RCSA Roofing. We decided to go with them and couldn't be more happier. Fidel and his team were prompt and did a great job on our roof and gutter replacement. The hardest part was dealing with our insurance and they made the process so much smoother. Fidel & Jose provided constant follow up on the progress. The team also provided aerial photos of the completed work. They are professionals and did an awesome job.”

“We had a possible scare with water everywhere in our house. We contacted Fidel in hopes that he knew of a good plumber. Fidel and team did such a great job on our roof, we figured why not ask. Not only did he send us Juan (the plumber), but he was at our house in less than an hour. He had great customer service and informed us, it was our toilet that was broken. He fixed the toilet, fixed our other restroom and even took a look under our dishwasher. Needless to say. They’re highly recommended and I will recommend them to family, friends and colleagues in the future.”

I AM TRULY GRATEFUL TO HAVE COME ACROSS RCSA ROOFING!! My home feels so much safer with the new roof, and looks so beautiful too!! Thank you to the crew that worked on the roof the day of build you guys did PHENOMENAL!!! I 100% RECOMMEND RCSA ROOFING, I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! “We had a hailstorm with heavy rains and high winds, then woke up to a water stain on our ceiling. When I reached out to Tye, I was panicking about the thought of paying for a new roof. He immediately started educating me on how the roof inspection process works and said they had many payment/financing options if a new roof was needed. Tye and his team were professional and friendly the entire time. Most importantly, they were honest! We did not need a new roof. The repair was minimal. Silicon was needed to waterproof a pipe connection and re-secure a shingle. We were given a detailed report with photos of our roof’s condition in case of future storms. Tye reached out to me after the repairs were made to make sure the water stain hadn’t grown after additional rains came. We really appreciate everyone on the team and now know who to call for any future home repairs or improvements!”

“I’ve had the chance to see how this company operates up close, and what stands out the most is their work ethic and attention to detail. They take the time to explain things clearly to homeowners and don’t cut corners just to finish faster. They genuinely care about doing the job right. If you’re looking for a team that’s honest and professional, they’re definitely worth considering.”

“I recommended RCSA as a great company with amazing customer service, especially Mr. Tye Nguyen who cares about the clients thank you for your great heart and putting people first. If I can give you more than 5 stars I will. 100 % RECOMENDADO Add photos”

“Very professional operation. Luis was a great project manager. He made a decision to stretch the job out to an extra day to protect his employees from the heat. You don’t see that kind of care nowadays.”
