“We had our roof replaced by another company in 2023, but experienced water infiltration to 2 rooms during short-lived but heavy storms last week. Our original roofer blamed leaf debris buildup, but that didn't seem to fully explain the large amount of water that came into our home. I called Swan for a 2nd opinion. Mark came out within 24 hours, did a thorough assessment, took pictures, answered questions, and made suggestions as to where the leak may have occurred and recommendation/estimate to repair. He was quick to respond and very kind and helpful in every way. Swans team was ready to get us fixed ASAP and for a reasonable cost. I would have proceeded to use this company, however as our roof was still under workmanship warranty from the original installer, we took Marks report back to them and they are coming to handle the work free of charge under their warranty.
