Bradshaw Mountain Roofing Inc

Bradshaw Mountain Roofing Inc operates as a local roofing outfit based in the Prescott area of Arizona. They concentrate on roofing work for both homes and commercial buildings across the region. The company handles everything from putting on new roofs to fixing existing ones and handling re-roofing projects when old materials wear out. Their service list also includes solar panel cleaning to keep systems running right. Homeowners in this part of Arizona deal with a high desert climate that brings intense sun, winter snow loads, and sudden monsoon downpours, so solid roofing makes a real difference in keeping structures dry and intact over time.

Roofers like these tackle new roof installation by stripping old layers and laying down fresh shingles or metal that stands up to the elements. Roof repair work often involves patching leaks caused by hail or heavy rain, while re-roofing replaces entire surfaces on older homes that have seen decades of exposure. Solar panel cleaning removes dust and debris that builds up fast in dry windy conditions around Prescott. Crews show up with the right tools to measure, cut, and secure materials without dragging the job out longer than needed. In this climate, common calls come after storms when water finds weak spots around vents or valleys, and the fix requires quick attention to stop interior damage from spreading.

Customers give steady marks for getting jobs done without dragging feet or cutting corners on material quality. Pricing stays straightforward with no hidden add-ons that surprise folks later. Communication comes across clear when crews explain what needs fixing and why certain steps matter for the local weather. Speed shows up in how they schedule around busy seasons without leaving roofs exposed. Quality holds when the work lasts through snow and heat without callbacks. “I hired Bradshaw Mountain Roofing after getting competitive bids for solar panel cleaning, along with adding Critter Guard to the perimeter of our solar arrays. Phillip was straight up in our dealings and sourced the finest quality guard material for our needs. He was communicative, on time and exerted extra effort in making sure that everything he did was completed to the highest standards. Phillip did a superior job and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Phillip did exactly what he said he would and at a fair price. We had a hard to find leak, on a challenging tile roof. Job done quickly and he came to inspect what his crew had done, and then even made some further repairs himself. Very honest man and we would not hesitate to call him for additional repairs or roof replacement.”

“Phillip at Bradshaw Mountain Roofing and his entire staff is the best. Our old roof was removed in 1 day and the new roof was installed the very next day. Solar panels were removed the day before and will be replaced the second day after the roof was installed. Solar company is Electrx LLC and they also are the best. Just as Phillip promised. All this done within 1 week! A homeowner can't ask for any better service. Thank you Phillip.”

“An excellent company to deal with! I fully recommend Bradshaw Roofing. The crew was great and answered any of my questions. They cleaned up at the end of the day making sure that all nails and scraps were removed. They took extra care to clean up the dog area in the back. The one thing that I really appreciated was that the owner (Phillip) came out to generate the estimate and stayed in touch with me daily until the job was completed. Thank you for everything!”

“I’ve been on the same property 34 years and by far, Phillip, owner of Bradshaw Mountain Roofing, has been the very best. He came out the very day after I called, even offered to replace the roofing that very day. He does the inspection prior and after the work is complete. Even his price was less than half of what another company offered.! I couldn’t be more pleased.”

“I had two leaks in my roof and had been struggling, trying to find somebody that would commit to coming to my house and actually giving me a quote. Seems like it was going to be a small job and nobody wanted to take that on until I called Bradshaw Mountain roofing and spoke with Philip. He came out, looked at my roof told me it was an easy job and within five days he had a huge crew out here repairing the damage. I would highly recommend him and his team Thank you”

“What an awesome experience! I have used Bradshaw Mountain roofing twice now in the last five years. Philip Has been extremely responsive. He checks for my availability and arrives at my first opportunity for quotes. He charges what it should cost to put on a roof and does not gouge like so many others attempt to do. His quote was in my email the next day after evaluating my roof. I requested a modification and had a new quote that same day. Within a week his crew did a complete tear off and replacement. The job is perfection! Everything is straight and roof top accessories are appropriately mounted. After cleanup, you would never know they had been there. Not a piece of material or a nail to be found anywhere. Philip suggested the color for the shingles and I couldn’t be happier. Even the”

“Phil was very informative, responsive and knowledgeable. He performed a roof inspection in connection with our purchase of a new home. After renegotiating the sales price we had Bradshaw Mountain roofing installed the new roof. The work was done quickly and in a good in workmanlike manner. The cost was very competitive. I would use them again without hesitation.”

“We hired this company to tear off existing and install a new roof. They showed up a few days early, great news. Unfortunately they hire a crew that only one guy speaks English, very poor communication. The crew was rude, cutting through our neighbors property, lounging against the neighbors house, cooking with portable electric stove, charging stuff. Basically using our power without permission. We opted to keep existing drip edge, only because it was painted to match our fascia. We also opted to not remove the gutters. Our mistake, insurance line item was over a thousand dollars for the drip edge alone. Remove and reset gutters was over $2500. They only discounted the job by $225, They didn't bother to remove existing underlayment. I was charged for a complete tear off. The crew was reall”

“The roof of my townhome needed repair and Bradshaw Mountain Roofing was recommended to me. Phillip was amazing. He was able to give me an estimate quickly and gave an honest opinion of what needed done. The work was completed quickly and repairs were done well. He is also reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!!”
