TSM Roofing LLC

TSM Roofing LLC works as a roofing outfit based in Prescott Valley, TX. They take on residential projects with attention to the local conditions that hit roofs hard. Sheldon Murphy appears connected to the operation through public listings. Homes here deal with strong sun exposure and sudden weather shifts that crack shingles and cause leaks over the years. The company steps in for homeowners facing those issues by focusing on straightforward fixes and full roof work rather than extras. This keeps things practical for people who need roofs that hold up without constant callbacks.

Their services cover residential roof installation and repair along with asphalt shingle applications and measures to protect existing roofs. Crews handle full replacements when old materials fail and patch work on leaks or storm damage. The process begins with a free estimate then moves to material selection suited for the area and careful placement to avoid future problems. They emphasize solid installation methods that match the demands of Texas heat and wind. Homeowners get updates on progress so the job stays on track from start to finish without dragging out longer than needed.

Customers note solid results on speed with jobs wrapped up promptly once started and quality that holds after the crew leaves. Pricing comes across as fair compared to other options in the area while communication stays clear on timelines and costs. These points add up across the reviews for consistent reliability in everyday roofing calls. DIRT Score 4.44 from 65 reviews on Finds.

“I find it difficult to explain how much I love this company! We asked several roofers to come out to our NON-PROFIT office and quote our roof.. TSM was the only company that offered to do the job for FREE- and the money we received from insurance- we were told to reinvest it into our Grant programs.. AMAZING! BUt wait, there is more! They showed up with a crew of 10 people! During some intermittent storms, they got the job done, done quickly, and DONE RIGHT! There wasn't a scrap of trash on the ground and the roof looks amazing! We have already referred this company to our friends. TSM Roofing is THE BEST! United Way of Yavapai County is grateful for your support- your gifts will impact 38 different charities across Yavapai County!”

“Chris was very great to work with: professional, straightforward, always followed through, despite weather delays! His crew is fast and efficient! We needed a new roof more than we realized and are happy He approached us and helped walk us through our insurance claim. Very happy customer !”

“The work began remarkably soon after signing the contract, it was completed in two days' time (despite some poor weather), and cleanup was fairly thorough. Communication between us and our rep was always prompt and informative. Although a board on our back deck was damaged when some roofing material fell off the roof during the job (we have an exceptionally steep roof), it was quickly repaired to our satisfaction. Overall, we have been quite pleased with the work and with the look of our new roof.”

“My experience with TSM roofing started in October 2022 when there was a bad wind storm and part of my roof came off. TSM followed through and was very professional. They coordinated the removal of my solar panels by a solar company and on the day of my roof installation it was completed within eight hours. I was very happy and I referred TSM to many people in the neighborhood. This year in July 2025 we had another big storm and again my roof was damaged by hail. I called TSM and again they were very professional and thorough. Hail damage was identified and I was told the roof damage would be enough to have the roof replaced. TSM Roofing was also was there during the insurance adjuster inspection. I highly recommend this company if you have any need to repair or replace your roof, gutter”

“Sheldon & Tyler (TSM Roofing) were great to work with on replacing our roof!!! Great communication and quality work!!!”

“Great experience with TSM Roofing! They were responsive in scheduling our job quickly, and worked with our insurance to cover damaged areas. Chris made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for his crew. The crew was efficient, organized and cleaned everything up when they were done. Definitely recommend this company.”

“Very pro-active company. Worked with us and our insurance company every step of the way. Handled the sub work as well: such as painting and solar. The roof is beautiful...the house is gorgeous. Very happy. Highly recommended.”

“TSM Roofing did a fantastic job! They are professional and prompt, when they say they are going to do something they follow through. Chris the job forman is a great guy, very personable and takes the time to answer all your questions. We had some unexpected structural issues and damage and they handled it all. Even with the extra scope of work the job was completed on schedule as promised. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.”

“TSM responded quickly, met with our insurance assessor, scheduled the repairs in a very timely manner, and completed the repairs (entire roof) as scheduled. Very knowledgeable in working with our insurance company. Great hard-working crew and excellent post-job cleanup. Highly recommend!”

“Tyler and the crew were nothing but top notch people to work with. I went with TSM Roofing based on Tyler’s great knowledge and best of all his personality which goes a long way when dealing with contractors. His crew showed up when scheduled and worked hard to get the job done and Tyler was also on job site and communication with him was great. I would highly recommend TSM Roofing for your next roofing job based on my experience. Also went above and beyond doing extra things that I did not expect.”
