DryTop Roofing

DryTop Roofing handles roofing work in Prescott, TX with a straightforward approach to repairs, replacements, and new installations. They cover residential and commercial properties using materials like metal, tile, asphalt shingles, and flat systems that stand up to local conditions. Homeowners in the area often deal with intense sun, sudden storms, and wind that wear down older roofs fast, so the crew focuses on practical fixes that keep water out and structures sound without extra steps or delays. Their service list includes maintenance checks and inspections to catch problems early before they turn into bigger leaks or damage.

They perform roof maintenance and inspections on a regular basis, along with storm damage repairs that address wind-torn sections or hail impacts common around here. For replacements they remove old layers and put down new ones suited to the building type, whether it is a house with steep pitches or a commercial flat roof that needs proper drainage. Installations cover metal panels for durability in heat, tile for traditional looks, and asphalt shingles for cost-effective coverage. The team shows up with the right tools and materials to complete jobs in sequence, starting with assessment and ending with cleanup so the property stays usable throughout.

Customers rate the work highly for getting roofs back in shape quickly and at fair rates that match the scope without surprises. Quality shows in how the fixes hold through weather cycles, and communication stays clear on timelines and options so owners know what to expect. Speed matters when leaks start during rainy spells, and the results reflect consistent attention to those details across many jobs. DIRT Score 4.83 from 87 reviews on Finds.

“July 25, 2026: Everyone in or near Prescott knows what crazy rain we’ve had the past couple of weeks. I had a small issue (metal sun roof meeting main roof that had worn sealant). I called a licensed roofing company who came out to assess. I waited NINE days and had to chase them only to find out they weren’t coming back! Utterly blew me off .. I called DryTop Roofing and thank God for them. They came out, as promised and arranged, two days later - Dylan (the owner) arrived at 9am.. assessed the issue and fixed it on the spot! Also checked my entire roof without prompting. My charge: $100 .. Dylan is a fantastic gentleman .. personable, professional, on time, knows exactly what he’s doing and took time to consider me, the customer .. I told him the other company was referred by my realto”

“I can’t say enough good things about Drytop Roofing! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Dylan was professional, honest, and responsive, and he kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work like this. Because of their professionalism and great service, I’ve even signed up for their roof Maintance program. If you need a trustworthy roofing company, I highly recommend Drytop Roofing!”

“Dylan, Logan, and the entire team at DryTop Roofing were incredible to work with. From the start Dylan provided a clear breakout of options and what to expect with our roof replacement. The DryTop crew was exceptional. They did the entire tile roof in three days. Every night they would go around the entire house and clean up and blow off the patios and driveway. They left my house in better condition than before the work began. I can't remember the last time I received this level of service and communication. I would highly recommend DryTop Roofing. They are honest, and do incredible work.”

“Dylan and his employees were absolutely the best. We had to get a new roof on our house and detached garage quickly to avoid being cancelled by our homeowners insurance. Dylan came out within a day of calling and had the quote ready later that same day. Once we signed our contract he contacted are insurance broker and told her the start and completion dates. Dylan and all of his employees were polite and friendly. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and Dylan did a walk through with us after everything was completed. If you are looking for an honest company this is the one.”
