Upright Roofing and Construction

Upright Roofing and Construction handles roofing work out of Roanoke, Texas. Ryan Robinson runs the company. They take on residential, commercial, and multi-family roof jobs along with interior projects and patio services. Their focus stays on replacements, repairs, and general contracting across the DFW area and nearby parts of Texas. They work with insurance agents, realtors, property management companies, commercial owners, and homeowners. The business installs roof systems on both low-slope and steep-slope structures and holds certifications for Tier 1 material brands.

Customers call them for hail damage repairs, full roof replacements after storms, leak fixes from fallen trees, and gutter work. Reviewers name Ryan, Juan, Mike Barnett, Sam O'Brien, Zach, and Garrett Gann as the ones who showed up for inspections, filed claims, met with adjusters, and oversaw installations. Jobs often involved roofs finished in a single day, insurance approvals after repeated denials, interior fixes, and final cleanups that left yards and homes untouched. Reviewers note the crews covered plants during work and removed all debris afterward.

The company answers calls around the clock every day of the week. Reviewers say technicians arrive the same day for checks, walk through details on site, and handle paperwork with insurers so owners stay out of the middle. They cover Denton County, Tarrant County, Dallas County, Collin County, and Parker County. Communication stays steady with updates on timelines and answers to questions about materials or steps. Crews show up on schedule and finish without leaving messes.

The business holds a 5-star rating from 149 Google reviews. Common points include detailed inspections, steady insurance support, honest answers on what needs fixing, and crews that finish on time while keeping properties clean. Reviewers often mention the same names for follow-through on long claims and the quality of the finished roofs.

“Upright Roofing and Construction is by far one of the best roofing companies I’ve ever seen. After a massive hail storm caused damage to my home, working with Ryan was the easiest, most seamless process imaginable. They were incredibly responsive and made it a genuinely educating experience from start to finish. The crews were amazing, and the quality of the work is outstanding—honestly far better than our original home builder. They have my highest recommendation!”

“I had a great experience with Upright roofing and construction. I have never needed to replace a roof before and I had no idea what the process was. Bad storms blew some shingles off and I knew I would need a new roof. I called Ryan from Upright and he scheduled Juan to come out that same day. Juan was great explaining everything I had to do when it came time to file a claim with my insurance. When the adjuster came out for his inspection, Juan came too, so I didn’t even have to be there. Juan was there with me every step of the way to explain everything in a way I could understand. I cannot stress how easy it was knowing I was in good hands and could trust Juan with everything. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color. I knew I made the right choice in going with Upright before the work even started. The job was done in a few hours and turned out great. They also did great cleaning everything up. Great work, great experience, great company. No one looks forward to having to do major repairs on their home, but thanks to Upright, I can honestly say it was a nice easy experience. And again, being able to trust Ryan and Juan with everything made it all the better.”

Along with Jake Petty of Redemption Wood, llc. Highly recommend Upright Roofing and Construction for any Roofing and Construction jobs.”

“After a chance, meeting with Ryan and his wife one evening, we had noticed some ceiling wetness and called him to come look at it. Ryan came and did a roof inspection and an interior inspection and definitely spotted some serious problems. I turned everything over to him and his team and submitted Claims, which was denied multiple times by our insurance provider, but Ryan stayed with us all the way through after eight months and going to final arbitration. We got the money that we needed. Ryan and his team came in. Replaced the roof on our house in one day a few days later came back and replaced all the gutters and the downspouts and the next day a team came in and fixed all of our interior problems and repainted the majority of the interior of our house. They were there one week and completely transformed our house now to where it’s a stable safe house. I cannot thank them enough and I would recommend them 100% to anybody.Their bids were fair and they did exactly what they said they were gonna…do you can’t ask for anymore.”

“Part of my house has a flat roof, and I always thought it was normal for water to sit there for a while after rain. They explained that even small amounts of standing water can slowly damage the waterproofing layer over time. If left unaddressed, it eventually creates hidden leakage points. Their explanation changed my perspective on what I used to consider “normal” behavior for a flat roof.”

“We had a great experience with Upright Roofing. We had a tree fall on our house that punctured the roof and wall of a bedroom. Great communication throughout the insurance process and ensured that all damage was captured in the claim. These guys are pros!”

“We were forced to get a new roof after a hail storm damaged ours. We had a couple of different roofing companies come and give us bids and ultimately decided to move forward with Upright. Ryan spent hours walking the job with us and pointed out many details others missed. He and his team made this experience painless. Zach was who we mostly engaged with, as he orchestrated all logistics with the various contractors and was an effortless extension of Ryan. They didn’t oversell, over commit or push us like so many others tried too. Their communication, time commitment, and being respectful of our time, home and space, was superb. Thank you, Ryan, Zach and team. Highly recommend yall!!!”

“Garrett Gann at Upright Roofing helped us work through a tangled insurance web. It took us over a year to get it done, but we finally got the roof approved and replaced. He was patient as I selected shingle color. I opted to have our house trim painted and he was patient as I selected the color for that. Our house looks amazing! Their paint crew is top tier! Upright Roofing Company is professional, knowledgeable and honest. It’s been a joy to watch their business grow. These hard working young men are very deserving of their success and accolades. I highly recommend them to my real estate clients, friends and neighbors any time I have the chance!”
