Alpha Roofing Industries

Alpha Roofing Industries handles roofing work out of Round Rock, Texas. They take on roof repairs, full replacements, skylight installation, flashing fixes, and chimney repairs for both homes and commercial buildings across Central Texas. Their own crews manage every job from start to finish without bringing in outside subcontractors. The company has operated since 2014 and keeps regular hours from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon on weekdays.

Homeowners and business owners bring them in for hail damage replacements, leak repairs, and insurance claim support. Crews led by names such as Ryan, Peter, Michael, and Paul show up for initial inspections, complete the work on schedule, and handle everything from flashing details to full roof teardowns. Reviewers note that the teams avoid pushing extra work when a simple fix will do, and they return for follow-up checks after the job ends.

They keep communication open throughout each project, send project managers to answer questions, and arrive when promised. Pricing comes across as reasonable in the reviews, and the crews protect yards with tarps, work efficiently, and leave sites free of nails or debris. Service stays within Central Texas, and they coordinate directly with insurance companies when claims are involved.

The company holds a 4.8 rating from 125 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the professional crews, solid workmanship on replacements and repairs, clear updates from the office, and the way the teams finish on time while keeping properties clean.

“Alpha Roofing exceeded every expectation — professional, efficient, and outstanding craftsmanship from start to finish. From the first estimate their team was punctual, transparent, and patient in explaining options and costs. The crew worked quickly without cutting corners, using high-quality materials and demonstrating clear attention to detail on flashing, vents, and ridge lines. The project was completed on schedule, the site was spotless afterward, and they even followed up to confirm everything was performing well. Pricing felt fair for the level of workmanship and the written warranty gave added peace of mind. Communication was prompt and friendly throughout, which made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend Alpha Roofing to anyone needing a reliable, skilled roofing contractor — they deliver excellent results and great customer service.”

“Alpha Roofing has replaced the roof on our home twice. Both times we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. Their crews are always professional, courteous, and left our property immaculate. We would happily hire them again, but are hopeful that the hail storms will spare us for at least a few more years.”

“Had alpha roofing due a full replacement on my house. I don’t know where to start from the office to the field guys. Everything went perfectly. They showed up with about 10 guys to tackle the roof. Every single one of them was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. My property didn’t have a single nail on the ground after they left. Office staff is very communicative and friendly and stay on top of their work. They have continuously checked in to see how things were holding up or if I had any issues. ( I had none ) I would highly recommend Using this company, if you need a new roof or repairs.”

“From opening bid to job completion, it was a pleasure working with all of the representative’s involving Alpha Roofing. All my questions and concerns were addressed making the entire process a non stressful procedure. A date and time to begin was agreed upon and the crew showed up right on time and immediately began to lay tarps on the perimeter of the property so as to protect everything. They applied a focus and commitment as they staged the worksite that was quite impressive. Once the work was completed, the new roof was beautiful and was installed with attention to detail. They explained to me what all had been done and again answered any questions I had. When they left, you could never tell that a roofing project had just occurred, property was so clean it was as if they were never there. Again, quite impressive. I will use Alpha Roofing again and strongly recommend to anyone looking for competent, professional and quality roofing work. Very Happy and Satisfied Customer”

“The guys came out and promptly handled our inspection so we could submit our claim. Their team was very efficient, professional and super easy to work with. Definitely recommending to friends and family.”

“Alpha Roofing has been excellent to work with. They previously did an affordable roof repair for us and, unlike other companies, they did not try to pressure us into replacing the entire roof when it was not necessary. That honesty meant a lot. We later used them again on a rental property for a full new roof, gutters, and trim work, and once again they did a fantastic job. Their pricing was reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. They also worked with us through some complicated insurance issues, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Everyone we dealt with was kind, understanding, helpful, and professional the entire time. From now on, I will only use Alpha Roofing, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“Since getting my roof replaced, we’ve had several bad high wind weather because we live on a hill. Most of my neighbors continue to have shingles and roofing problems. Since alpha replaced my roof, we’ve had no problems. I tried other roofing companies and alpha was the only one that could get my roof replaced. They were able to replace it quickly after the claim. I also noticed they were very efficient in terms of not leaving any trash, or any materials in our yard or driveway. All of the staff I spoke took were very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you so much for such a great job thanks to Peter and Ryan.”

“Thought I might have a roof leak so a friend recommended Alpha. Michael came out and personally inspected the entire roof and the suspect area. ( no drones).Assured me it was a leak in a small area, no need for new roof or anything like major repairs. His crew ,led by Paul, came out on time and they did a thorough job in short order. He also provided me with about a dozen pictures of the work as it progressed so I had a good idea of just what the job involved. They also checked the entire roof for any nail pops and sealed them as well as making sure there were no other potential trouble spots. Cleaned up when they were done.”

“Solid company that goes above and beyond, before, during, and after. I got my roof replaced by alpha a few months ago. They were extremely professional and informative throughout the entire process. Price was VERY reasonable considering they are not some small time fly by night business. A few months later, I had an issue with the flashing on the side of my house that actually had nothing to do with the roof. But they still came out, in person, with a crew, and fixed the issue even though they were not responsible for it. They even cleaned up afterwards and left my yard cleaner then before they arrived. Didn’t even charge me anything. Can’t recommend these guys enough.”

“Just got my Roof completed by Ryan Anderson and Alpha Roofing. 3 rd time I have had a roof installed. By far this was the best experience I have had, easily. Professional, excellent communication, price competitive and very easy to work with the crew while on site. I won't use anyone else again or refer anyone else. Definitely Call Ryan at Alpha Roofing for any needs. 5 stars all day long.”
