“Peter Cervantes and his team Top Dog Roofing surpassed all expectations with helping my family and I through a difficult process to get a roof replacement through my insurance. Without any hesitation Peter insisted he wanted to cover pieces of my roof with some tarp so it wouldn’t leak during the process!! Luckily he did because it rained hard that next week. I Couldn’t brag more about the customer service and final product him and Top Dog Roofing delivered and I would recommend them to all!!”

“We had a huge hailstorm come through the neighborhood. Top Dog was offering free inspections and we met with Vance. Vance went on the roof and took several pictures of the damage and suggested we reach out to our insurance to file a claim. Vance met with our insurance adjuster, and they walked the roof together. Our claim was approved for a full roof replacement. Never gone through this before, Vance walked us through the process. I have to say that Vance was constantly available when I had questions or concerns. Weather played a big part in getting our project going, but once it started, they were fast! In 2 days, we had a new roof! It was messy, but Top Dog’s team cleaned everything up and fixed minor scuffs by material being tossed from the roof. They even went over to our neighbor’s house to make sure any material didn’t fall in their yard and cleaned up a few pieces. Mary the Project Manager worked with the insurance directly, I did not have to do a thing! Mary was on it! Once the project was completed Top's Dogs requested the balance owed on our claim from our insurance company. Our insurance changed the price of the material (decreased it) and resulted in a lower amount of reimbursement. Mary followed up on it and sent proof of previous emails with the approved prices. Our insurance adjuster did not know how it happened and because Mary was on it, they paid the balance owed on the claim. “I am AMAZED! Steve Robinson is very professional in communicating weeks before the install. The company called before the pallets of product were to be delivered and exactly where it would be placed so we could prepare in advance. The roofing team came early and I was told, possibly 3 days at most due to the height and multiple pitches we have on our roof. They started at 8:00 am, and by 5:00 pm dang near had it completed! WOW! Just a little section next day, then another gentleman came and we did a walk through, and I thought this was it, then another gentleman came and once more did a walk through even going back over the yard just for nails and debris!
