“I reached out to NewRuf to provide a bid covering the roof repairs to our rental property .They contacted us proply, provided us with an accurate proposal reflecting what I had asked for and met with me at the site so there would be no confusion about what my requirements were. I met with Michael Hickey on the first day of the job and the final walk through. I would not normally just toss out a 5 star rating but in this case Michael earned this rating by listening to me and addressing my concerns over a weird but easy to get wrong area of concern on the roof. “I’m way overdue on this review, but the recent rains reminded me that we had some work done by Saul with NewRüf. I was recommended to him by someone in our neighborhood and could not be any more impressed with his communication, promptness, and follow up on our issue. He arrived on time, and we discussed the issues we were having. He initially wanted to look in our attic to see if he could locate the leak we were having, but the area was inaccessible due to the configuration of our A/C unit. He then explained that he’d take a look from the roof. Within minutes, he found the issue, had it fixed, and showed me the work that he did with some very detailed pictures that he took. Some nails had backed out of a roof vent we had on a roof less than five years old. He replaced the nails with screws which would not back out, and sealed the heads. He even went so far as looking for other similar locations and found a few other nails that had popped loose (but was not yet a source of leaking), and he fixed those issues as well. The cost of work was much, much less than I ever could have anticipated. I’m so grateful for the recommendation, and have been recommending Saul to others in ou”
