“The Reliable Roofing team took great care of us after a hail storm rolled through and damaged most of the roofs in our neighborhood. CJ George walked me through the entire process of filing a claim with my insurance, inspecting the roof, being on-site when the adjuster came to inspect the roof and kept in contact while the work was being done. Solomon and the roofing team were great. They showed up when they said they would and knocked out our 5200 sq ft roof in 2 days! The results are amazing! The new roof and gutters brought an updated look while still providing a strong hail impact resistant roof for those unexpected Texas hailstorms. “I had reached out to several contracting companies to have my roof replaced. Reliable was one of the first two respond and inspect. The overall inspection was a benefit to the other as Reliable had marked and outlined the roof. In the end, the pricing was within reason of 3 other companies and they provided impact resistant shingles. The work was fast and looks nice. The only issue I raised was they cleaned the front yard as they went but left the back for the end. Unfortunately, my dogs couldn't "hold it" all day.”

“i have never used this company but i was at a park at this address ( Cherokee Run Pflugerville, TX 78660) on a playdate with my sister and her kids. i seen this company truck parked close to our cars. then shortly after started seeing a drone staying right in front of the park it circled around the park several times, i did not see the drone go anywhere near the houses. the man did not come out and tell us anything about the drone. knowingly making me and my sister uncomfortable with our 4 kids. as we proceed to leave the drone followed us even came down to our children level. and proceeded to leave soon as we were leaving making us super uncomfortable & suspicious.”

“I met with several roofing companies after the recent hail storm. I wanted to replace my roof with a Class A fire rated shingle and no less than a grade 4 wind and hail rating. In researching shingles I discovered the Malarkey Vista shingle was one of the few shingles that met my quality requirements. Reliable Roofing was a certified dealer of this shingle. I called and set up a meeting and CJ George showed up on time with all of the information I needed. He put together a quote on the spot that was fair and appropriate for the quality of shingle I selected. We agreed on the deal and I signed a DocuSign and we were ready to go. From this point forward the communication was excellent and informative. They let me know when my roofing material would arrive, where in my driveway it would be placed, and when the installers would arrive. Everything happened exactly as they promised. “The roof on our home was damaged during a hailstorm, up to softball size. Matt Ellis, the owner of Reliable Roofing, came by and asked if I wanted my roof looked at, of course I said yes. Chris, a representative from Reliable Roofing, evaluated the damage to the roof determining that it needed replacement. Together we contacted my insurance company to start the claim process, from that point on Chris handled everything. I didn't immediately want the roof replaced since we were still in stormy weather season. Having solar I coordinated the panel removal, roof replacement and solar reinstallation prior to going on a preplanned trip so all would take place during our absence. I'm happy to report everything happened as it was supposed to. The replacement process took place in July 2022, I waited till now to write my review to ensure that no problems with the installation would show up, in my opinion everything is great. “Chris was wonderful from the very beginning of inspecting roof for hail damage and then setting everything up with insurance company, replace some trim work that had rotted, painter & gutter companies. Decided not to install gutters at this time. He had to also arrange for solar panels to be taken off & replaced after roof is complete. Chris was available and responsive whenever I had questions. He made all of this process very easy. I would highly recommend him to family & friends. Very nice and respectful of my limited knowledge of what I needed to have done.
