Royal Windows and Siding

Royal Windows and Siding works out of Royal, Texas, with roofing as the core trade they bring to local homeowners. Their background centers on metal roofing jobs along with related exterior work like siding replacements and window installs drawn from their service reach across the area. Texas heat, sudden storms, and strong winds put constant pressure on roofs here, so crews stay busy replacing worn sections or putting up new metal systems that hold up better than older materials. Homeowners often call when leaks start showing or after hail hits hard, and the company steps in to sort those issues without dragging things out longer than needed.

They focus on residential metal roofing projects from start to finish, including full replacements, leak repairs, and gutter work to keep water moving away from foundations. Crews measure each roof on site, pick materials that match the local weather demands, and handle the tear off and install in sequence so the house stays protected. Jobs run from simple shingle swaps to bigger metal roof setups that cut down on future maintenance. Homeowners in Royal see regular needs for these fixes because of the sun baking surfaces and wind tearing edges loose over the years.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on schedule without surprise costs piling up and the crews explain each step clearly before starting. Feedback points to solid quality in the finished roofs that last through seasons, fair pricing that matches the scope of each job, and quick responses when issues come up during the process. Speed and communication stand out as steady strengths across the board. DIRT Score 3.45 from 102 reviews on Finds.

“Royal did an amazing job on installing 12 double hung windows. What a difference in appearance and quality over the original house windows. Drastic cut down on heat coming in as well as noise. The installers were efficient and explained everything about the windows. I definitely recommend them. Also the price was the best of the 4 quotes I received.”

“I am very pleased with my new windows. The ones I had were the original windows when we built our log home in 1981, so it was definitely time for new windows. Alot of companies won't mess with log homes and those that do, I couldn't afford the cost. However, Royal Windows was there to talk to me and measure my windows without hesitation. Plus the cost was almost half the cost of what I was quoted previously. It depends on the type of window you are looking for too. I purchased 13 windows and they were put in within 3 hours with no problems at all. I especially liked the clay color I went with over the dark that I had previously. They cleaned up and explained everything about them. I was very impressed. Very professional. I highly recommend them.”

“Our experience with Royal Windows was great ! We replaced 38 year old windows in our home. The entire process was great ! We love the new look our home has. Kudos to the entire crew that made this happen!”

“The new sliding doors with blinds are great! Installation was completed without any damage to our indoor or outdoor trim and the work area was left cleaner than it was when the installers arrived.  Yay!!  Every single person we worked with or spoke to from Royal Windows was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much for an efficient and positive experience. K Taylor”

“I just wanted to give a shout-out to Royal Windows and the crew they sent out to our home . The Windows are so beautiful, and the crew went above and beyond of what they had to do.Thank you very much. I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with them. If you are in need of new Windows give them a call. That's my honest opinion.”

“I love my new windows. They keep out the heat from the sun better than I thought possible! Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers, to the general manager did a phenomenal job. And they look awesome! Does this look like a double wide, mobile home to you?”

“We purchased 32 replacement windows and initially, I was very pleased with the price, quality, and installation. The installer, Preston, is extremely nice and very skilled. Two of the windows weren't the right size and he reordered and told us he was going to stay in Ark a few days and then we'd be his first stop when he came back to MS. No problem. Isaac called the following Friday and said our windows had been loaded and we expected to see Preston the following Monday or Tuesday. The next Monday, we called Isaac and he said Preston was in Grenada and would be at our house when he finished. The next week, Isaac called and we asked why Preston hadn't been here first like he said he would and Isaac informed us that HE made the schedule and not Preston and that he could be here that w”

“I had my windows replaced by Royal Home Improvement this week, and I can't express enough how easy they made this project from start to finish. Everyone was amazing! They fully explained what to expect and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Their installers went above and beyond to finish the project completely in just one day. I couldn't believe two people were able to install fourteen windows in one day! They thoroughly cleaned up leaving no trace that any work had been done except for the amazing new windows. We no longer feel a draft around the windows since they are sealed really well. The new outside trim really makes the windows stand out. I absolutely love the new look of my home! I will use them in the future if needed and would definitely recommend them for home i”

“We’re very pleased with the siding replacement completed on our home. They removed the old siding and replaced some rotten wood at no extra charge. The crew arrived on time and stayed until we inspected and were satisfied with the work. Cleanup was excellent. Very professional and courteous.”

“Not installed to manufacturers specs. Sorry customer service. After sealant was smeared on top of the siding to seal roof flashing, I asked the general manager to come take a look. He told me it was not an A grade job but my home wasn't either! Have standing water on my roof and water that runs out from under the decra shake xd roofing that was installed. There was almost no prep work done. (Roof decking wasnt level over an addition.) They promise to warranty everything. However you will never get anything in writing about a warranty. I can assure you that dealing with this company will be a ROYAL pain. If you try to hold payment until the job is correct, they dont care they will immediately file a lien against your home. If you want a roof slapped on your home and sorry customer service t”
