H & I Construction & Remodeling Inc. works out of San Antonio, Texas where they provide roofing services as part of their broader construction and remodeling operations. The company sits at 26962 Blanco Rd and takes on jobs for both residential and commercial clients across the city. Roofing forms a key part of what they offer alongside custom home building and other improvement work. Homeowners in San Antonio often turn to them when they need reliable roof installations or fixes that fit into bigger property updates. The local mix of older homes and new builds keeps roofing crews busy with everything from basic replacements to handling damage on larger structures.

Roofing work in San Antonio means facing long stretches of intense sun that bakes shingles and shortens their life plus sudden hail or wind events that crack surfaces and cause leaks around vents and chimneys. Crews handle full roof replacements after storms, patch small sections on existing homes, and install new systems during additions or remodels. They inspect for water intrusion from heavy rains common in the region, remove old layers during tear offs, and match materials to the house while making sure drainage and seals hold up against temperature swings. These tasks show up regularly because the climate wears down roofs faster than in milder areas and forces timely repairs to avoid bigger interior damage.

Customers note consistent results on roofing projects with work completed on schedule and materials that stand up once installed. They point to fair pricing that matches the scope without extras and clear updates from the crew so plans stay on track. This pattern across jobs builds the overall rating for speed on site, solid quality in the finished roof, reasonable costs, and steady communication. DIRT Score 4.34 from 29 reviews on Finds.
