JOSROD ROOFING

JOSROD ROOFING LLC performs roofing work in San Antonio. The company handles metal roof installations, shingle roof installations, 3D shingle roof installations, and roof repairs. Justin and Jose carry out the inspections, replacements, and fixes on site at addresses around the city. The business lists regular weekday hours from eight in the morning until five and Saturday hours until three while staying closed on Sundays.

Homeowners have brought them in for full shingle replacements on houses along with targeted repairs after leaks or damage. Some jobs included inspections followed by insurance paperwork filing to cover storm related work. Workers laid tarps across yards to catch nails and debris during these projects and finished by clearing the area so no trace remained. Repairs have left roofs without further leaks in several cases while replacements produced solid results that held up over time.

The company sends crews out for estimates soon after calls and supplies written figures that customers call fair and reasonable. Communication draws mixed comments with some finding Justin and Jose quick to reply and others noting delays or missed names on messages. Pricing stays consistent with the quotes provided and the work stays within the San Antonio area covered by the listed address on West I-10.

“JosRodRoofing was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! Would recommend 100% Workers were fast and efficient cleaned up after it was all done you would’ve never known they had been here doing the roof!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Justin and Jose are unreliable, unresponsive, and extremely hard to communicate with. Neither of them answer phone or text in a prompt or timely manner. Justin couldn’t get my name right to save his life. Jose gave us inappropriate information about the roof damage after HE had replaced the roof. He didn’t honor the 15 year warranty, and didn’t replace the damage HE had allowed to occur because of his poor quality work. Would never recommend josrod roofing to anyone. Please avoid.”

“An excellent company to contract with for the replacement of roof shingles, etc. We enjoyed working with Justin and Jose through the whole process of the inspection, filing the insurance paperwork, and completing the job. The yard was covered with tarps for falling nails and debris. We highly recommend JOSROD to get the job done. Outstanding results.”
