“We had a roof leak on the flal roof portion of our older home, which Roland's had very capably fixed a couple years prior. Since our roof has a drain that clogs from time to time, and older concrete tiles on the parapet, we didn't know what the problem was. Robert took a look and immediately recognized it was a clogged drain He cleaned it out and then charged us $0 for the climb, the cleaning and the assessment of the problem. No charge because we were good customers!! Not only that, but Bobbi in the office and Robert the roofing tech manager were both very friendly and helpful. Roland's is the best; you gotta give them a call!”
