Roland's Roofing Co., Inc.

Roland's Roofing Co. operates out of San Antonio, Texas, where they have handled roofing work for over fifty years. The company takes on residential and commercial jobs across the area, including repairs, full replacements, and installs on homes and businesses alike. They carry GAF Master Elite certification, which lines them up for bigger warranty coverage on the work they complete. San Antonio weather brings heavy rains and hail that wear down roofs fast, so crews stay busy with storm damage calls and routine fixes on older houses that need attention before leaks spread inside.

They manage roof leaks on flat sections of older homes by sending out techs like Robert who spot problems with clogged drains and parapet tiles without extra guessing. Residential replacements happen under quick contracts where crews strip the old material and put down new roofing all in one day while leaving yards clean of debris. Melissa steps in on jobs for older homeowners to push through HOA approvals and keep things moving, while teams show up ready to handle siding, gutters, and window work when those come with the roof project. Customers note the process stays straightforward from the first look to the final cleanup.

Work quality stays high with roofs that hold tight and look sharp once done, and response times keep pace when leaks show up or storms hit. Pricing comes in fair without surprises, and communication runs clear so homeowners know what to expect at each step. Reviews from people like Daniel, Mark, Anna, and Carlos point to crews that finish clean and managers who follow through. DIRT Score 4.88 from 201 reviews on Finds.

“I would highly recommend Rolands Roofing. They did my roof and it was amazing. The workers are really nice and the manager is awsome. I cant wait to paint my house to give the roof a better shine.”

“We had a roof leak on the flal roof portion of our older home, which Roland's had very capably fixed a couple years prior. Since our roof has a drain that clogs from time to time, and older concrete tiles on the parapet, we didn't know what the problem was. Robert took a look and immediately recognized it was a clogged drain He cleaned it out and then charged us $0 for the climb, the cleaning and the assessment of the problem. No charge because we were good customers!! Not only that, but Bobbi in the office and Robert the roofing tech manager were both very friendly and helpful. Roland's is the best; you gotta give them a call!”

“Huge shout out to Melissa for making it all possible for us, 55+, to get a new roof! She helped expedite the HOA approval and always went above & beyond! Her crew was very professional. I had seen quite a few roofers in my community and was not impressed with how they presented their companies. Roland’s Roofing Co crew took the time to protect all my landscaping with a tarp, cleaned our gutters while they were there, moved all our patio furniture and then put everything back when they were done. Some neighbors I spoke with said their roofing crew didn’t come close to the detailed service we received. I definitely recommend with absolutely no reservations!”

“I signed a quick and simple contract with Roland’s Roofing to have my residential roof replaced. In one day, the roofer’s removed the old roofing and installed the new one. My yard was cleaned of any debris - as if they had not been there - and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend Roland’s Roofing; they are true pros.”

“Our garden home had several leaks associated with the concrete flat tile roof. I called Roland Roofing and was able to get an inspection in two days. Robert did the assessment and I got the estimate the next day as promised. Repairs started within days and hats off to Carlos who did an outstanding job in locating the source of the leaks and made the necessary repairs. Carlos is a true professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend anyone needing roof repair to give Roland’s a call. Alex Hill”
