Sanchez Metal Roofing

Sanchez Metal Roofing runs its operation from San Antonio, Texas, right at 520 Fredericksburg Rd. The company has put in more than twenty years handling roofing work across the city and nearby areas. That stretch of time means the crew has dealt with the steady flow of residential and commercial jobs that come up in South Texas, where roofs take regular hits from sun, wind, and sudden downpours. Ownership stays hands-on with the daily work, and the focus stays on metal roofing as the main line while still covering other roof types when homeowners need them.

The crew installs metal roofs on houses and businesses, puts down shingles where requested, and steps in for repairs or full replacements after storms. They offer a free roof inspection to start, which lets homeowners see the actual condition without upfront cost. When insurance claims come into play after hail or wind damage, the team helps gather photos and paperwork so the process moves along. Emergency repairs get handled quickly to stop leaks before they spread inside, and the same crew covers commercial buildings that need durable metal systems to handle heavy use and Texas heat. Homeowners end up with a clear quote, scheduled work that fits around daily life, and a roof built to last in local conditions.

Reviews point to steady communication and roofs that hold up without callbacks, which sets this outfit apart in a market full of seasonal crews that come and go. The long track record in San Antonio shows they know how to work with local inspectors and suppliers, keeping jobs on schedule even when materials run tight. That kind of reliability matters when a roof fails in the middle of summer or right before rain season hits. DIRT Score 4.36 from 44 reviews on Finds.
