Santex Roofing

Santex Roofing operates out of San Antonio, Texas, where they handle roofing work for local homeowners. The company focuses on roof repairs and full replacements in a region that sees plenty of hail, heavy rain, and intense sun that wears down shingles fast. Homeowners in the area deal with leaks after storms and damage that needs quick attention to avoid bigger problems inside the house. Santex shows up for these jobs with crews that know the local conditions and common issues that come up on older homes around the city.

They take on roof leak fixes, complete replacements after hail hits, and jobs that line up with other exterior work like gutter removal or fascia painting. Alonzo responds fast when calls come in about leaks and gets out to assess things the same day or soon after. For bigger projects, the crew arrives on time, works through the replacement without dragging it out, and makes sure the yard stays clean when they finish. Alonso meets with homeowners to go over estimates after storm damage, and the team coordinates timing so everything happens in the right order without extra headaches for the property owner.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up well, responses come quick, and updates stay clear from start to finish. Reviews highlight how Alonzo and the crews handle leaks and replacements without leaving a mess, plus how they fit in other prep tasks like gutter work so nothing gets held up. Speed and quality stand out in hail damage cases, while communication helps avoid surprises on timing and costs. DIRT Score 5.0 from 149 reviews on Finds.

“Called Santex Roofing based on their reviews and they did not disappoint. Alonzo was quick to respond and quick to show up to fix my roof leak. He was very polite and professional. Going forward, he will be the only person I call when issues arise and when it’s time to replace my roof. Thank you again and you have a customer for life!”

“Let me start off by saying: HIRE THIS COMPANY! A few months back our roof sustained hail damage. I called Santex Roofing and Alonso was quick to respond. He came out to my house a few days later and provided me with an estimate. After speaking and meeting with several other roofing companies, Santex was the winner! Their communication and service is unmatched. Alonso helped us to understand everything our insurance company sent us and made working together a breeze. The Santex crew is leaps and bounds ahead of any other roofing company I've worked with in the past. Their craftmanship and attention to detail, in my opinion, should be the new industry standard. The skill displayed from start to finish was astounding. Alonso and his crew of experts had our roof done in less than a day! The quality of the products Santex uses is exceptional, which should come as no surprise given the pride they take in everything they do. Santex Roofing is a family owned and operated company, and if you choose to hire them, they'll make you feel like family too!”

“Santex was fantastic to work with when we needed a new roof! Not only were they fast and cleanly, but they were helpful in advising the coordination of other work (gutter removal and fascia painting) that needed to be done beforehand. They wanted to make sure both were done in the proper order so that we would be happy with the end product. I highly recommend Santex for your roofing services, you won't be disappointed.”
