“This has been the greatest experience of a tough experience I’ve ever experienced and Nick at 3 Rivers has been remarkable in and getting my roof replaced and insurance paying for the replacement. State Farm sent inspectors to my roof and said no hail damage. We knew our roof was damaged and our neighbors had their roofs replaced and paid for by insurance. It took over 8 months to get State Farm to pay for our roof and Nick and 3 rivers did get. Our roof is better than before with better shingles and the rip off and installation was done in a day!! I can’t say enough about how well we were treated how efficiently it was handed and how pleased we are. I highly recommend them to help you with your claim and put a new roof on your home with shingles that actually reduces your insurance premium for many future years.”

“I couldn’t leave a second review so I must edit my 1st great experience for a 2nd great experience! They did it again! We had such an amazing experience the first time around with Jordan and Mary almost 3 years ago. When Mother Nature did a number on our home again we already knew who to call. Brian from day one was helpful and responsive. Again we had issues with our insurance and Brian stepped in and went to battle for us and eventually they got onboard and gave us what we deserved. We had new windows/screens put in, new roof, entire home painted and gutters put in. When the construction started Brian came by and introduced Shane as the PM. Shane knocked it out of the park always called and gave me a heads up when trades were coming by and immediately came to QC there work upon completion. “Three Rivers did an outstanding job on our house.The project began because of a terrible hail storm that affected my whole neighborhood. We decided on some upgrades in addition to the hail repair, and boy have we been enjoying the facelift on our house! It was a very complex project, involving a new roof, siding repairs, house painting, new windows, new gutters, a new front door, a rebuilt patio, fence repairs, and more. The project took several months, which was fine by me because I knew just how much work there was to be done. The owners, Mary and Jordan, each helped us come up with creative, expert solutions for some of our house's issues. Our project manager, Shayne, was outstanding the entire time, carefully explaining what was going to happen during each phase as the repairs progressed and answering our questions; communication with him was excellent at all points. They were kind, easy to work with, personable, and professional at all times. “We had Matthew Jobson out to our house to inspect our roof and see if we had hail damage and needed a new roof. We were amazed that after his thorough inspection we didn’t have damage. He showed us photos and explained everything in detail. If and when we have another mighty hailstorm we will be sure to call 3 Rivers Roofing and ask for Matthew. “It's been over a year--we still don't have a roof. I'm seriously astounded at the raving reviews--this isn't a roofing company, it's a sales agency. The first time we met with Mary and Jordan, they immediately showed us their catalog without having looked at our roof, offering us the most expensive materials. We told them we'd already filed an insurance claim with our insurance, and they were only going to cover our hail damage, which seemed fair since the roof was over 20 years old. We were happy with what the insurance gave us, but Jordan quickly prompted us to an adjusting company, King Adjusting, who told us they could get a lot more and it wouldn't take more than three months to do so. We hesitantly agreed, and the more that time passed, the shadier everything got. Jordan wanted to get a 50k dollar payout from the insurance--I called several roofing companies and they all quoted us between 10-16k (the higher number with quality materials and a new decking.) The roofers we spoke to were shocked by the amount 3 Rivers was trying to get from the insurance--which I found out is a common practice in the industry--cheap labor, big claim, big profit for the contractor.
