“A couple years back Kris Chaves and his team replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with their work and professionalism. I asked Kris to replace my father’s roof and make other repairs that have now been completed. Again, Kris and his team did a fantastic job. Constant contact, answered all questions and quickly completed the work. He works with the inspector and insurance with you and is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. “Tanner worked with me to provide a detailed estimate and offered multiple underlayment materials with various warranties. I obtained estimates from four other companies and only one was as reasonably priced as Apex. None of which were as punctual and attentive as Tanner. I had Apex pull all tiles and underlayment, repair plywood and facia as needed. They put new underlayment down with a 30 year warranty. He attended his crew carefully throughout installation.
