“If I could give Nerd Power zero stars, I would. They don’t deserve even one star. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was far below what anyone should expect from a solar company. Communication was poor, promises were not followed through on, and there seemed to be very little accountability when issues arose. I dealt with Gabe Kane during the process and was left frustrated by the lack of follow-up and commitment to resolving concerns. The company talks a good game when they’re trying to make a sale, but in my experience, the support and service afterward did not live up to the promises that were made. What concerns me most is that Nerd Power does not appear to do right by its customers or its business partners”

“Company did a great job installing the panels but I am having trouble getting someone to come out and look as the attic fan as it had failed and caused my roof to leak…. Tech came out and said yes this is the cause of this and it has been multiple months of trying to get them to come out and replace the attic fan. I also have 4 panels with poor production that and was told they need to replace the panels. It has been over 6 months and they are going to send out another technician to come and look at the panels again to confirm they are actually broken. I would like to leave a 5star review but dealing with this has been a huge pain especially with what we payed to the panels put on especially with the Warranty and it not being honored. It has now been over a year and I still can’t get ”

They will not answer her phone calls, called dozens back after voice mails have been left, respond to emails or service tickets that she has opened on their website.
