Tyler walked me through what they were going to do and whst w ed oilf happen if they came across additional things that needed to be fixed. He had. We had some issues originally with the insurance claim, but Tyler stayed in my corner, took me through the process and made sure the damages were recorded & portrayed accurately, ultimately leading to our insurance approving a full roof replacement. Through the process, Tyler was extremely open and honest and made sure I was aware of what was underway and what the next steps were. Regarding the work itself, the roofing team worked extremely quick and did an excellent job removing the old roof and installing the new.
