JLM Tree Servicing & Roofing

JLM Tree Servicing & Roofing operates as a family owned business out of Sherwood, AR, where they have spent more than fifteen years focused on roofing work across Central Arkansas. The crew handles roof repairs and full replacements while also taking on tree cutting and removal when branches threaten structures. Homeowners in the area know them for showing up quickly with the right equipment for both roofing jobs and the tree services that often go along with storm damage. They keep things straightforward and local, serving neighborhoods that deal with the same weather patterns year after year.

Roofing crews like this one see plenty of calls after heavy rains, high winds, and hail that tear up shingles and flashings on older homes throughout the region. They inspect decks for rot, replace damaged sections, and make sure gutters stay clear so water does not back up under the roof. Tree work often ties in when limbs from storms land on houses, requiring careful cutting and stump grinding to avoid further issues with the roof. The team works on both residential properties and smaller commercial buildings, moving from one job to the next with trucks loaded for whatever the day brings in Central Arkansas conditions.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on time without extra surprises on the bill, and the crew explains options clearly before starting. Reviews highlight solid quality on repairs that hold up through another season of weather, along with pricing that stays reasonable compared to bigger outfits. Communication stays direct from the first call through the final walkthrough. DIRT Score 4.69 from 107 reviews on Finds.

“I highly recommend JLM Tree Servicing! Luke was professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and left the property clean when the job was completed. Luke was knowledgeable regarding the insurance companies request and took the time to answer all of my questions. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, and Luke went above and beyond. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality tree service, JLM Tree Servicing is the company to call!”

“I needed a large tree that was overhanging my neighbors property trimming back. He came out to look at wanted doing and gave me a price (which was more than reasonable) and a list of what he would do. I told him there was no rush and to maybe use it as an infill job. About 2 weeks later, during which time we kept in touch, he carried out the work. Everything was done via text and I never met him on site until after the work was complete. All work was done as he said, and logs and trimmings were neatly stacked ready for disposal. I am more than satisfied and cannot rate him highly enough. If you need work doing give him a call. You'll be pleased you did.”

“Luke did a great job! He trimmed over 20 very large trees and was conscientious in getting every limb cut that we wanted taken off. His work improved the look of our property and I highly recommend his services!”

“Mr Luke is a tremendous man to do business with. We had a dead tree very close to our house and he came and gave us a very fair estimate! Went above and beyond and got us taken care of. He is insured and has workman comp. So no need to worry about his ability or credential's. If you need a tree cut this is your man!”

“We had an excellent experience with JLM Tree Service. They were competitively priced and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us decide exactly what needed to be done in our yard, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely great to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend JLM Tree Service to anyone in need of quality tree care. - Ron & Jayne Johnson”

“I had Luke give me an estimate on removing low hanging limbs on two trees. After writing up a very reasonable price,I told him to schedule it. He and Keith showed up on time and had it done in short order. Cleaned up after. Will use them again in the future for sure.”

“I've used these guys for both roofing and removing large trees, and they do a great job with excellent communication. Nice, competent people who know what they're doing.”

“We came to JLM with a complex task, cut a wild cherry and two oak trunks out of a mature crepe myrtle tree on the corner of our property. They were able to complete the task without damaging the crepe myrtle, trimmed the dead limbs, reserved a segment of the cherry tree at my neighbor’s father’s request, and allowed me to add a few large limbs from another cut to his trailer. They were also accommodating of my schedule and communicated well, so our neighbors had time to move their vehicles out of the vicinity. Excellent service at a good price.”

“I called JLM to get a tall tree cut down as well as the stump grinded. JLM tree service quoted VERY fairly and the service was great! They also grinded another stump on my property that just so happened to be on a gas line. They had people come check out the gas lines to make sure everything was good, at no additional cost. Overall they did a great job and the price is something you won’t find anywhere else! I definitely recommend using them!”

“They did a great job! Luke worked with me to find a day that worked for me. When they did start they were done in a couple days, I had two trees in my backyard removed and overhanging limbs cut. They took everything away and cleaned up well. It was a good price I would highly recommend them if you need trees dropped.”
