Elite Home Solutions

Elite Home Solutions works out of Springdale, Texas, where they handle roofing as their main trade. The crew takes on residential roofing jobs along with gutter work and other exterior projects that come up around local homes. They stay busy in this part of the state because roofs take a beating from the weather patterns that hit here year after year. Homeowners call them when shingles start to fail or when leaks show up inside after storms pass through. The company keeps its focus on getting the job done right the first time so houses stay dry and protected without extra callbacks.

Roofing crews in Springdale deal with the heat that bakes shingles and the sudden wind or hail that tears them loose. Elite Home Solutions sends teams to inspect damage, replace worn sections, or put on full new roofs depending on what the house needs. They also run gutter lines to move water away from foundations and tie in fence or deck builds when those tie into the same property work. Local homes often need quick fixes after heavy rains to stop water from pooling or running inside walls. The crews handle the full process from tear off to final cleanup so owners can get back to normal without dealing with piles of debris left behind.

Homeowners keep coming back because the roofs last through the seasons without quick wear, the crews keep schedules tight, and costs stay in line with what gets quoted up front. Feedback highlights clear talks about the work ahead and solid results that hold up under daily use. That pattern of steady performance on repair and replacement jobs adds up across the board. “Due to the NWA storms in April 2025, we had about $70,000 in damage to our home. Despite calling a few local contractors and never receiving calls back, I hired Ethan after he knocked on my door one afternoon after the storm and gave me his business card. He completed a walkaround that day, and we were off. We needed a roof, gutters, wood siding repainted, and worst of all, we had many historic leaded glass wood sash windows broken. Some of these windows were decorative, with lead caming partitions and up to 12 individual panes per sash. Elite was able to sub all of this out, and the windows were completed beyond our satisfaction by Andrew with Old Soul Carpentry. Ethan P was our contractor from Elite, and he stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He coordinated pictures ”

“Elite has been working on a new roof for our home the past few days. Tonight, in the middle of the night, we received a message that two roofers were on their way to our house to cover it with tarps because rain popped into the forecast unexpectedly and they didn’t want our home to have any damage. I’ve never experienced this level of service from ANY contractor! 10/10 service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or other service!”

“Needed a new metal roof(Cooper color)and we needed it done quickly! They made it look easy! Took less than a week from start to finish. There was an eye for details and you could see that in the craftsmanship. I'm very happy with it and I never had a worry with how well the communication went. Any and every question was answered and addressed within moments via text or call. I never felt left in the dark on any process with this company. I would highly recommend them and I will most likely be a returning customer with more home projects”

“Lance Miller and his "crew" were phenomenal as they enclosed our screened-in porch, making it a very comfy extra room for our grown kids. Their expertise, attention to detail, and overall integrity are traits hard to find these days. We can truly recommend these workmen and their commitment to finishing a job correctly. Lance answered any and all of our questions with patience. Choosing the services of Elite Home Solutions for our project was one of the best choices of our lives, and genuinely a very rewarding experience.”

“The guys were great!! Everything was done in a very timely manner. They were excellent at communicating when they were coming and going and what the next steps were. They were careful with supplies to not damage or get dirty existing areas. Very attentive to our wants and needs. You don't find that kind of care very much around here. We love the work that was done. Insulation, dry wall, base board replacement, painting 3 rooms, and flooring. I would highly recommend!”

“Very impressed with Elite Home Solution. They recently replaced the entire roof on my rental home for hail and wind damage. From start to finish they handled everything for me! I was so impressed with their work and communication I decided to let them handle my fascia repair as well. They did an amazing job, quick and was really fair with their quote. I highly recommend using this company. I worked with Eric and he is one of the best in the industry. Images are before and after.”

“I was amazed that every employee I had contact with at Elite was competent and very courteous. The job they did on my home was excellent. I am completely satisfied. I will certainly recommend them to others. I would like to especially recognize JC Cartwright, Roof Specialist. He was excellent in keeping me informed and up to date on what was going on.”

“Lee was awesome! He really just came to assess and show me the damage that was found. I gave it a few days and did some research on Elite Home Solutions and got no bad reviews and their work looks great. I called back Lee a few days later and said let’s redo the roof. While the roof was getting redone i stepped out to see the progress. They came across damage under the shingles and was repairing that. They did the job right even though it put more work on them. That means a lot to me so I used Lee and his crew again to replace my soffit, facia, and vinyl. Hands down best experience with a contractor and will use them for future projects.”

“We had a few hiccups along the way and it took much longer than I had initially anticipated, but they did everything they could do to make it right with me. Rod was awesome and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. At the end of the day we love the deck and would do it all over again using Elite. It's rare that you find a company willing to own up to their mistakes, and I applaud Elite for doing that and making it right for their customers.”

“Eric and the crew from Elite Home Solutions are top notch! Took care of me and worked with my insurance company to get my roof repaired immediately after the storm. If you’re looking for roofing, remodel or repairs they are the guys you want to hire!”
